Cable and X-man would stalemate. They are essentially the same person. Exact same genes.

The only thing that tips the battle in Cables favor is his combat experience. Provided we're talking about full potential Cable who is not inhibited by the techno-organic virus.

They are not the exact same person. X-Man was created differently, and he was not created using Cables genes as a drawing board.

X-Man has more power, cable has more expertise. it depends on where they fight and if cable gets close to him to initiate a physical battle. otherwise - nate takes it.

actually cable and nate are same person from different realities,
they both have same parents (although cables mother is clone of jean)
and would be at same power level if not for the techno-organic virus that infects cable. (cable has to constantly devote his mental resources to fighting the virus)
they would also look the same if it wasnt for cable aging through time travel.

When he returned as an infant he manifested supreme amounts of energy at this early age. Soon he continued to GROW and eventually you see Cable as a teen in which Nate Grey resembles him GREATLY. 2 words. BULL SHIT! that was just stated in one comic with an idiotic writer, logical and clear reasons have already been given why nate is superior and not the same as cable.
