I recall him uprooting the Baxter building once.

superman will win.. both of them are honorable warriors so they would take this fight into space and superman could just keep flying closer and closere to the sun making him stronger and stronger.. after gladiator feels superman geting stronger he will begin to lose confidense and lose

Destroying the planetoid is more impressive. The amount of Force needed would be on the same level as a multi mega ton nuclear war head. 🙂

the marginal increase in solar radiation isnt really a factor. To the marvel cosmics the power of an entire sun would be impressive...but not the marginal energy absorbed from solar rays.

Does Superman INSTANTLY get stronger by going closer to the Sun - I mean strong enough to make a difference in one fight?

Didn't it take Superman his whole life to store enough solar energy to be as powerful as he is now?

superman gets superchargerd as he gets closer to then sun, just as gladiator get stronger w/ confidence,

he cannot create energy...he doesnt defy physics...he absorbs a marginal amount of energy...Guys like Silver Surfer absorb and amnipulate entire fractions of suns.

That Megadon warhead was also composed of anti-sunlight when supes absorbed it. Sundipped supes also seems to have some control of energy, although the extent isnt known.

Superman needed to be amped to push war world ( size of the moon)

Confident Gladiator strength = Limitless
Speed = Limitless

superman is outclassed

he can beat a non confident Gladiator thats all
