They consistantly argue using the exclusion fallacy. And even when called on these things they don't even show a comprehensive abilty to understand what we say.
They intentionally ignore our points, why then should we listen to theirs?
throwing around latin names for logical fallacies wont power Bats to victory... been there, done that 🙄

non sequitir, conclusion "we shouldn't listen to them" does not follow from premise "they do not read our posts"
😄
"They consistantly argue using the exclusion fallacy. And even when called on these things they don't even show a comprehensive abilty to understand what we say."
Well, when a Batman fan uses an argument like, "Batman can punch through a mountain" or "Batman hits harder than Spiderman"
I hope you forgive people for excluding those "points".
or creates a scenario like "Batman attaches a homing batarang to a gas batarang"
I'd just like to see a scan for some precedence on that one.

They do read our posts, but they ignore our points. Why then shouldn't we do the same?
They ignore us, we ignore them. Better than resorting to insulting one another. To just agree to disagree.

And we can't forget your "golden-globe" award winning argument of Batman being able to withstand an unpulled punch from Spidey despite his being human, seriously, knowing Batman could not withstand a force such as that logically is common sense plain and simple.
Correction, I am the one that has been singing this tune for a long time. Batman is more than capable of surviving an unpulled punch by spiderman. This cancels spiderman's 10 or 15 ton strength doesn't it. (Unless spiderman just got an up grade which makes him stronger than a superman from the future or a superman under red kryptonite it ain't happening🙂) And please If you want prove please ask I will be willing to help you🙂. I will even make easy for you to find this particular information. 🙂 yesssss
So, if Spidey were to just flip the thing, Bats could just jump out before anything critical happens to him injury-wise and shoot Spidey with....what was that you said.....anything he has available.
So now what you are saying is that batman has to be inside the batmobile before it can do anything. So batman does not have a remote control on his person that can have the batmobile to anything. You must think of batman as having really crappy tech.

I'd like to know when this happened. Regardless it's tenacity, you're comparing Batman's best feat to Spiderman's worst shortcoming. This is same Batman who got dropped by a one-banger from Hal Jordan. I'm sure a punch from Spiderman would do far more damage.
😆Yep that cheap shot by Hal was so powerful that it knocked batman to the ground. Not only that batman was sleeping like a baby. But yet he was still continuous to say Hal is as arrogant as ever. Something on that line. And don't you know Hal without the ring is chop liver against Robin, green arrow, etc... I would have mentioned Nightwing, batgirl, Azreal, but that would be to much.
Ughh...
This thread is so annoying.
Don't people realize that arguing Batman could defeat Spider Man demeans Batman?
Part of his charm is that he is not superpowered and still holds down the streets of Gotham. It wouldn't make him a better character if he could beat Spider Man or even Silver Surfer for that matter.
He is a regular guy that goes out at night and exacts vengence on wrongdoers. He doesn't need to fly, he doesn't need super strength, he doesn't need technology like Iron Man, he doesn't need to know "every martial art," he just needs to be a bada** that spooks people out and fights better than any street punk, with the cleverness to always make it through whatever devious plans and traps criminals have set for him.
Isn't this why we love Batman?
[Or am I wrong and it is because he has so many gadgets, so many fighting styles, such super intelligence, such etc. etc. that he can beat anyone that comes his way (even very intelligent superhumans that can lift multiple tons, have a superhuman sense, superhuman agility, and entangling webs...)]
I said it once and i'll say it again, Batman hits harder than Spiderman. I've been hard at work on looking for a picture, you'll have it soon (even though I already told you were to look (DC encyclopedia.)) In the mean time here's a pic that demonstrates the damage absorbing capability of Batman suit.
I didn't know that debate logic was allowed in this thread...I thought we couldn't use any type of "logic" when debating comic books...🙄...oh well let me rebut your arguments from a "logic fallacy" stance....

fallacy of conflicting conditions has been committed in the statement above...
Straw is not more than one person..🙄......
And then they argue ad naseum by bringing up the same point ad infinitum even though the points have been refuted.
fallacy of slothful induction has been committed...regardless of how many times the facts have been brought up..your clearly ignoring the strong inductive arguments and evidence presented before you...🙄
And do you know how many times I have read about batarangs and ki in this thread? 🙄😆
They consistantly argue using the exclusion fallacy.
fallacy of exclusion...your excluding the facts being presented before you...because you believe your facts have been excluded..🙄
And even when called on these things they don't even show a comprehensive abilty to understand what we say.
fallacy of hasty generalization...you are not able to determine if others can understand what you say..therefore you can not provide information to support this generalization...
They intentionally ignore our points, why then should we listen to theirs?
fallacy of exclusion...😆
Guess this all means that Spider Man wins...
*note Even though I make fun of jin/Cresh/Merc a lot...without some form of opposition to Spidey supporters arguments...this debate wouldn't be very fun. Good debate you guys...but your definately on the loosing side of this one....as you are on so many others...😆
"Correction, I am the one that has been singing this tune for a long time. Batman is more than capable of surviving an unpulled punch by spiderman. This cancels spiderman's 10 or 15 ton strength doesn't it"
So what do you make of Spiderman lifting train cars, holding up buildings? and other feats of Superhuman strength?
How many of those punches do you think Batman can take? Or are we under the assumption that Spiderman wont land any? I'd imagine not to many. I'd also imagine a punch that strong shattering his unprotected jaw 😛. Or did he receive another lame upgrade over the years where he studied with monks from another dimension how to make his human bones stronger than adamantium? Personally, I don't think you "cancelled" anything.
And as for the guy who posted that picture of Batman getting hit by bullets, when was the last time those bullets hit something with even a ton of force behind them?
The fact that you havn't even been able to find a picture proving Batman hits harder than Spiderman makes that point false. We could provide inumerable pictures of Spiderman doing something that requires super human strength. The general consensus, even from Batman fans, is that that idea is pretty loco.
