Theres a;lso the fact that bullet resistant Kevlar which has also failed to protect Bats from higher grade ammunition would be utterly useless against Darksied.
This isnt even a question of whos fan of who.If Spiderman took a tank shell at point blank range and did little more than bounch down the street id pee all over that example as well

everyone here seems to think that spiderman can outmanuever and outdodge one of batmans batarangs with a homing device, but that batman's gonna show up to the fight in a damned kevlar scuba suit...the hell kind of bias is that?
have no idea...once he was shown to wear just kevlar, another time he was shown to have segmented peices of body armor underneath his actual suit, another he was just wearing bullet proof plates under his (what appeared to be) cloth suit, but only around his torso........i don't know...you'd have to ask batman...

Sure good ol' paranoid obsessive manic Bats will gladly downgrade form a suit that can withstand hits from Darksied to bullet resistant Kevlar that doesnt always work because..........Ummm.....well.....Yeah......
I'm pretty sure you can't just say that Batman is wearing a heavy-duty armour. He has to be wearing what he normally wears.
I'm also pretty sure that these are two completely different types of damage even if the lightning strike isn't just pis.
Damage from a lightning strike involves among other things injury due to the intense heat and the electrical disruption of the nervous/cardiac system. It is conceivable (but unlikely) that the low electrical/heat conductance of the suit could prevent to some extent such damage.
But this of course has little/no relevance to the damage incurred through the same substance by blunt force injury.
(BTW Batman is a better strategist but Spider-Man does trump him in the academic sciences imo)

well if batman wears the suit on a semi regular basis to deal with superempowered people well........
the thing is saying spiderman's spidersense will work without fail because these characters are supposed to be at their best and then saying batman doesn't get the assets which would put him at his best is well.........hypocritical....I suppose we should strip him of his belt too huh? I mean no one really knows what he regulalrly carries in it...he could have a mini nuke for all we know...lol.
