Batman vs Spiderman

and bats did beat deathstroke in h2h. im not saying this is 100% proof that hes better than stroke, since they didnt use weapons. and this particular fight is shunned for being a "poor example of strokes power", but i disagree completely. bats lays down far more moves than stroke does. while bats is laying down combos, slade is putting him down with 1 or 2 hits. and slade is catching bats attacks and wailing on him. this shows that bat can beat someone with superhuman strength and speed. bats h2h skill is what won the fight. i think he could take spidey.

But Superman couldnt do it
Hulk couldnt do it
Spawn couldnt do it
X Men couldnt do it
Darkseid couldnt do it
Daredevil couldnt do it

In fact, Batman has only three real defeats that I can recall.
One to Bane, after several days of constant movement, fighting, running, without a moments rest.
One to Deathstroke.
And one to Prometheus, and he had to upload himself with Batman's abilities and martial arts manuevers.

And he utilized any weakness in every one of these battles, and any one of MILLIONS of others.

And in intelligence, Batman is considered lesser to only Brainiac[s?] and Luthor.
He's outsmarted Metron, and Darkseid [so much he gave him props for it!], and technically in No Mans Land he outsmarted Luthor too.
And he is nearly unmatched in combat prowess and combat tactician.

Like I said before...
Faster and stronger has never really been a downfall for Batman, and while not as openly powerful as Spidey, his blows are no less equal in power. In the end, I say The Batman's intelligence and counter-measures coupled with his ability to rapidly decipher any enemies strengths and weaknesses instantaniously [being the greatest detective] will do Spidey in, as I believe his combat prowess knowledge, martial arts and awareness put him at least on Spidey's level in a front-on battle.

Now quit trying to use "He's faster and stronger" as a cop out of how Spidey could win and following by downplaying Batman's abilitys, when it's clear in the comic book that Batman can accurately dodge bullets and punches from people who rival the strongest and fastest in the universe. And also deliver blows fast and hard enough to sit someone on Spidey's calliber down.

Fanboy arguments, batman did this, when he shouldn't can you explain how he did?

/\ especially since he has weapons against spidey

Also
Definition of Peak is

To bring to a maximum of development, value, or intensity.
which certainly no current human has done, because we shatter records every day.

So, in all essence, there's no such thing as Peak Human then, since apparently people get stronger. That means that there are plenty of people who can probably do the same thing Batman can do if they wanted to. Since there's really no bar that's set anywhere for them to achieve. They might have already done it without knowing it.

Oh, and I'd have to say Captain American demonstrates FAR BETTER tactical skills.

Rephrase how that works, slade is batmans superior, he owns batman...

"batman can, has, and will take on anyone at spideys level or above"

And Spiderman can, has and continues to take on people far above Batmans level. How much actual comics you read?

"That's the thing. I don't think he is.
I think Spiderman has this hands down"

Why, i totally agree.

"So imagine a guy that can throw a punch 6 times per second, and can dead lift a truck many times, pull 747s,"

Batman. cant. and. has. never. lifted. trucks.

747? Someone is taking some meds.

"THATS WHY I GO BY THE ****ING COMIC.
Where Batman SURELLLLLYYYYYYYY beats people that would kill Spidey before he could blink!"

With plot devices. Spiderman goes against pll that could squash Batman the same way. Except with his own powerset and nothing else.

"his blows are no less equal in power"

You already admited hes not stronger or as strong as Spiderman. How the heck can he punch with the same strenght. Stick with your guns, will you.

"Batman can shatter skulls with his punches too"

Give me an example where he did that. Oh and not on a rotten skeleton. On an actual opponnent.

"Batman did beat Deathstroke. . .
They've fought twice."

He got owned the first and the second was inconclusive. In a straight -clean- fight he has yet to beat guys like Richard Dragon and Bronze Tiger, nevermind someone of Deathstrokes level.

Yeah, his parents died when he was young and he began a lifetime of rigorous training. But you know this story right?

What does that have to do with him beating spiderman?

Spiderman has lost his parents, and his uncle, the two are VERY similar, one is a hero, batman fights for vengeance...

Yadda yadda yadda....

He trains, spiderman trains, batman isn't filling that physical gap...

Apprently he does.

spiderman trains

Not really.

"Apprently he does."

uh huh.

You just need to tell the how.

Arguement aside for a moment, so it can stop being disputed.
Some might want to c/p this.

According to THE BATMAN HANDBOOK: The Ultimate Training Manual.
Batman always carries a few different items on him, varried at random. But always considered relative to the job he needs to accomplish.
But some items are ALWAYS on him.
These include:

Batarangs
Smoke Bombs
Concussive Bombs
Flash Bombs
Sonic Bombs
Regurgitant Bombs
Medkit, with epinephrine, injectors and various antibiotics, etc.
Cell phone
Flexi Cuffs
Grappling hooks and CO2 powered de-cel jumplines
Digital Camera
Rebreather
Stun Gun
Acetylene Torch
Batmobile wireless control
C4 Explosives
Fingerprints kit
Infrared Flashlight
Nightvision goggles
Laser
skeleton keys
marbles
A freeze pill
Paper and ink
Contact lenses
a giant baloon
And a belt radio/Geiger counter
And a metal disc which when dipped in a certain chemical would reveal his true identity.

Is fighting not a form of training?

So you are saying he's physically on-par with spiderman?

Answer this, so I can know if I can take you seriously or not...

Because his parents died at a young age and he's devoted himself to a life if justice and rigerous training.
Makes as much sense as being bit by a spider and developing superpowers.

Is fighting not a form of training?

True, but when you put that beside someone like Batman, it doesn't seem so.
