You say that as if Spidey's unprepared for something Batman may do but Batman's prepared for anything Spider-man may do even though they've not met before this fight.

Name one character that has a combination of skills that are over 50 % similar to Spidey's. Include all uses of the webbing.

they met before in a crossover.

(Wasn't that the one where Spider-Man threw Batman away like he was a dirty handkerchief ? That was the only cool scene.)

I'm responding to the statement about them meeting.

That means that Spidey doesn't underestimate Batman so that doesn't help Bats much considering that they each have only what they regularly carry and batman has a variety of things at his disposal but he's not a game character that has infinite items and weapons like GTA3.
God knows this is frustrating!

Here are some obvious facts: Being 10x stronger than someone is a big deal in a fight. If Bats maxes out at 700 pounds how much chance would a skrawny skin&bone version of him that maxes at 70 pounds have in a fight with the real Batman even with all the Bat's training?

Spidey is 20X as strong as Batman and weighs less.

He is solid steel vs rotting wood as far as durability goes and is well experienced in combat of cosmic scope to streetfighting.

You must downplay all of Spideys powers and hype up Batman to make sound arguments.

They are equals in every way except for strength, speed, agility,and durability(and money).Bat's has had more training, Spidey's been in more solo fights. Spidey is as experienced as any veteran so give him his due. He's not a teen he's an adult like Batman, and is extremely quick-witted and intelligent.

Batman loses 90% and 10% his skills and preparation pay off and he wins. cause I factor in his abilities realistically and he's not a scrub by any means.

Spiderman would probably win this, due to the fact that he has superior speed, strength and stamina. But man, I think Batman would give him one hell of a fight before he went down.
