Bane is not smart, Bane who discovered batman's identity, who has genius intellect which is almost on the level with batman's. Bane who in knight fall planned a plot to take out the batman and succeeded. Is not smart. 😆
No logic according to you. Just look at what you just said Bane is not even smart. And bane is the one who discovered batman's identity all on his own. And you are the one who says the opposition does not use logic.

Give me a logical scenario in which Batman beats Spider-Man.
I could have made this for batman to go to Spiderman but Batman would win because batman would have made up plans for those superheros he is most likely to encounter. So I am going to make in a part of Gotham unfamiliar to batman.
Batman is interrogating a gang lord on the sudden raise of gang activities because they are getting bold and striking in the day time. Spiderman out of no way dropped out of the sky (thanks to Dr. otto Octavius tampering with a dimension device) Spiderman lands with an eye shot to see what was happening to the now innocent citizen.
Spiderman goes in and ask for the guy with the pointed ears to put the civilian down. Batman ignores the new comer and continues with the interrogation because he thought the info is more valuable. The gang lord suddenly screams "Help" spiderman fires a string of webbing batman was able to dodge the first two as he throw the gang lord away. But was unable to dodge the third webbing.
Spiderman moves towards batman asking who are you and what did he think he was doing. Batman replied saying this is got nothing to do with you. He then frees himself from the bind via razor sharp battarans and proceed by throwing them to the proceeding spiderman. Spiderman dodged it. An moved in and counter with a webbing to the back of batman. He has batman and he is about to slam batman TOM and JERRY style but the batman cut the line and the force sented him flying through the window of an abandoned building.
Batman stood to his feet as a spiderman comes through the make shift window. Batman responded by dropping time delayed bataran bombs. But spiderman quickly moved out of the way and moved to hand to hand combat. Batman is gaining the upper hand but spiderman uses his super strength to even things out. thus pushing batman away. Batman responded by dropping a sleeping gas capsule right at spiderman's face as spiderman just countered batman and proceeded to kicking batman across the room. Batman (Couple of broken ribs) got up to a dazed spiderman and moves in to finish the job with a right hook but spiderman saw it coming and dodged. Knowing that he has to end the fight quickly moves in for the kO but batman used spiderman's own momentum and positioning spiderman in front of the time delayed batarans bombs. Being dazed spiderman was unable to dodge all the bataran bombs. thus sending spiderman falling into the sewers. Batman stood over the hole looking at spiderman sleeping. Picks spiderman up heads to arkham.
i'll tip my hat to your story there.....it's a pretty good scenario.....
although you forget that spidey's spider-sense will go crazy
before the time-delayed bombs go off......
but i'll not tip my hat to the marvel writers who show
wolverine taking punches from namor without falling!!!
or for "upgrading" spidey's spider-sense to empathize with insects!!!
spiders are NOT insects.
if the writers and editors of marvel can't catch that, then they can kiss my A$$.
