Yes, you do have to be in love with Wolverine, my opinion is objective.

No it not. The fact you say it is proves it not. Ones personal feelings on a topic always comes out in there opinion of it. This is the reason no historian is truelly objective. One would not discuss a topic if they did not care about it. In order to care you are not truelly objectivem becuases you believe storngly enough that you must discuss it.

not to mention the fact DP character got ****ed up doesent have any impact on your feeling towards the movie at all right 🙄

Ive watched the leaked version 3 times now....and my opinon still stands...the movie was very good....its what a comic book movie should be.....i really hate the Adamantium bullet thing.....i think the memory implant/helmut theme would have rocked!.....but i am happy with what is shown...and i am sure i will go see it in theatres....we all have our opionons..and it really does not matter if the movie was true to the comics.... it had me hooked from begining to end...watching the movie with more than 3 friends allready.....they all love the movie...one of my friends only know wolverine from the other X-men movies...and he was thrilled watching it...even though it was not a finished product.

Looks like Cyclops is getting more screen time in this than he did in all 3 of the other Wolverine movies.

Pretty much the same thing here.
A few of my friends who didn't know a lot about the character (other than from the other movies) loved it.

Though I do wonder if Dead Pool really is Deadpool
I wonder if it could have been a clone of Wade.

That's not at all what objective means.

Yeah, sorry i lost steam on that argument because i clearly took away something different from the movie and i didn't want to spend a bunch more of my free time arguing why what i took away from it should be what everyone takes away from it. I said my peace. I think it was brilliantly executed considering the concessions which had to be made.

😂 😆

Cyclops always gets the cold shoulder. The first and True Leader 😮‍💨 He is the best xman. He was one of the only characters they got right in the Wolverine and storm movies.

don't think i didn't notice that

😂

nice though..,really.

Cyclops is one big bore in the movies. Might be because I don't like the actor though... 😛

I thought he was fine in Singer's films. I just don't see the point of having him in this Wolverine film though. In fact, I don't see the point of most of the bullshit put in this Wolverine film.

he was terrible character wise.

Sorry R Rated comic book movie tangent. I still don't think that necessarily equals an edgier or better film necessarily.

(my post only refers to the new wolverine movie..this thread)

You're correct. It only makes it worse when the material is specifically cut out (after being considered) or not considered to hit a lower rating to sell more tickets.

In this partcular case, I am quite sure they had to cut out many "visuals" when wolvie wakes up and goes to town on all of the scientists. A lot of things were probably not even considered since they probably were aiming for a PG-13 anyway.

No intestines falling out of someone stomach as Wolverine quickly slashes while running past them...no cut off arms...hopefully we'll at least get some stabs. That'll be nice.

Don't you have an imagination? 😛

I do. That's why I can imagine scenes like those being more realistic.
