Well, Whitebeard's Earthquakes, of course, at least when it comes to destruction.
Hancock- able to effortlessly deal with groups and what she hits in melee is turned to stone and she's caused physical damage to Luffy at range with it too (the heart-bullet thing she did. Though maybe that was just putting Haki through it).
Doflamingo and Moria's powers are both pretty awesome, 'specially Doflamingo. Moria's is noteworthy in that while it starts out reasonably powerful, it accumulates more strength and doesn't seem to have a limit on how big a shadow army can be made.
Zoans tend not to be top-tier (not that the Dino fruit isn't one of the physically strongest), though Marco's Phoenix power is an exception.
I wonder if we'll meet some mythical Zoans in the New World, maybe one of Shank's crew or some of the yonkou have one...
X. Drake is cool but quite frankly I'm not impressed with his power, as a 15ft tall t-rex, his only offense is to bite the enemy and for that he needs to get close, he could maybe swing his tail but it leaves an opening if he misses...
his arms are virtually nonexistent which makes him incapable of lifting, pushing, pulling, punching, and blocking anything...
it's an awesome power if everybody else were 15-20ft dinosaurs, we haven't really seen much but I do hope it has an additional ability, firing lasers from his mouth would be cool...

He was inflicting damage to Kuma and push him back. That's better than pretty much anyone else was doing (well, Urouge could too, but his power apparently required taking damage).
Also as we know from Lucci, a Zoan means physical power and training gets multiplied, and a carnivore zoan even more so. A carnivorous dino zoan? Gotta have some of the highest physical potential in the series.
With those giant legs speed is probably high too, bullrushing is a threat.

Presumably he could do hybrid form if he wanted to still wield his mace. Being bitten in half does inconvenience a lot of enemies, though, and he can do some of those things with his mouth or body.
I think 'big T-rex jaws' do generally top punching on the damage meter, or kicking too.
Frankly, I'd rather have Lucci's abilities and power, way more versatile...
Bullrushing is only a threat if you're as slow as a turtle, I don't see this as a problem for the mid-top tiers...
His bite is his main offensive, maybe that's why he needs to transform in front of his opponents, to add the element of surprise...
Kuma against Drake was actually a good durability feat for Kuma, Drake couldn't even manage to hurt Kuma even with his jaws clamped on his head, again not a problem for mid-top tiers...

Or if the attacker is very fast and big. X. Drake's no slouch in speed.
Lucci's fruit has pretty much nothing on Drake's (Lucci in full animal mode'd have the same options), he simply has more other powers.
Also, he does have arms.
It's not one of the top fruit, but it's the second best Zoan we've seen being Marco's phoenix fruit.
i never said he didn't have any arms, but looking at a clip it was cool he managed to grab the arm of a pacifista, nevertheless the pacifista was unscathed and he still had to revert back and retreat...
note, it was a pacifista and not the real Kuma...
X. Drake may not be a slouch in terms of speed, but he is far from being a speedster, bullrushing will work good against fodder but not against the majority of notable OP characters...
Drake the character is cool, actually pretty badass, I just don't think his zoan is that leet...

Who are physically similar in terms of strength and toughness, they just lack the Paw-paw and such, his greatest ability.

He seems to be as fast as other HtH fighters like Sanji and such. Twice he's come into battles quite suddenly, blocking Killer and Urouge, both strong fighters, then catching a Pacifista off guard.

Zoan does seem to overall be the weakest type, I'm just saying that physically it should be the best.
Hey, here's an idea: Triple rumble ball X. Drake. Tell me that wouldn't be insanely badass.

Edit: OH! also it seems to me that zoan is the most useful to people who are already tough physically, like lucci. so if someone like zoro was to get a fruit, it should be zoan imo. BUT he shouldn't, it would taint his character
regardless of the physical comparison, there was no damage whatsoever to the pacifista...
as for speed, I was referring to X. Drake in trex form, no doubt Drake is more agile and faster in human form...
and yes, Drake in rumble form would be insane! But my idea of him shooting lasers or having his version of a menacing ball is better... 😛
