Look at this from a vital standpoint.
Wolvie minus claws minus PIS. Hits Spidey, Spidey shrugs it off.
Spidey takes a swing at Wolvie's stomach, fist goes through. Liver, lung, or any number of vital organs Wolvie can't live without gets snatched out.
Captain America minus PIS. Hits Spidey, Spidey shrugs it off.
Spidey hits Cap. anywhere hard enough and Cap. is pretty much dead, a pile of jelly.
Dardevil minus PIS. Hits Spidey, Spidey shrugs it off.
Spidey hits DD, note Cap. Same thing happens.
And this is just assuming Spidey gives them the chance to hit him.
Wolverine's claws can't extend farther than a little longer than his forearm. Spidey dances around those and takes him out with the organ snatching.
Cap. and DD goes down hard, real hard, no need to get into detail, too gory.

Now imagine a 10-20 tonner clocking you a 100 mph, that's right, Spidey clocks out on his feet at 100 mph. Which one would hurt more? A low level superhuman's punch at 200 mph of course. You wouldn't live long enough to know whether the blow from the guy who could lift (press) 10-20 tons at 100 mph.
Daredevil isn't as fast and nowhere near as agile as Spidey and won't be, the spider sense is more effective than DD's senses because, well, look who's weilding it. Sure DDs senses are nothing to sneer at but Spidey's spider sense can sense things instances before they actually occur, and what with Spidey being conceivably faster and ALOT MORE agile than DD he should have virtually no problems with him despite crap writing.
Wolvie. Need I get into this once more? Let me take you back to the organ snatching theory. Wolvie's stomach is unprotected and therefore vulnerble to attack. Remember, everyone's fighting to the BEST of their abilities. Which means Spidey gets much faster and agile in his movements (the power of the speedblitz is overwhelming, trust me), much stronger and violent with his attacks, and alot more perceptive and cunning. His higher intelligence will be put into play as well, the guy is gifted people, no skippin' around that. Back to the organ snatching, Spidey could speedblitz Wolvie so fast and hard that before Wolvie could could compose himself he already has a fist through and out of his stomach and a vital organ pumping on the outside of him. Oh, and he'll be on the ground, dead.
Sure Cap has his tactics and pinnacle human abilities, DD has his circus acrobat-like agility and superhuman senses, and Wolvie has his claws, healing factor, and 'tude.
Spidey, however, has strength in the 10-20 ton class range (and has accomplished feats beyond even that range.) He's a tactician of a higher intelligence in the feild of chemisty and science (which while irrevelant still proves his superiority in terms of mental capabilities.) His endurance is more than enough to outlast anyone but Wolvie, and doesn't matter still as Spidey could just shrug off bare-knuckled blows from the Clawed Canuck and dodge the claws and then take him out. Cap. and DD are practically irrevelant in this fight because although they're peak humans they're still humans and "Humans I can handle!"-As Spidey put it in the HEROKILLERS.

don maclean wrote this and it appears he was thinking about this thread when he did, StrawNilla, while not being the first to argue in spider-man's favour, paints a clearer picture than most and seems to be right on the money, i've made a few posts on this debate already so wont go into scenarios again (for the moment)
this thread started "Everyone uses their usual weapons and abilities. Spiderman will use any means necessary to take out this team, the trio will do the same towards Spiderman. Who wins?"

I just don't see the logic here. Spidey's much quicker...much stronger....his reaction time is much faster...and he's much more agilie than any of the trio.

wrong! spidey and daredevil last forever when they have gotten into their classic battles that spiderman has always proven to have many problems with and he couldnt keep up with wolverines healing and captain america is a great leader so together spiderman would try webbing captain america who would block it with his shield. daredevil would try talking the idiot out of fighting but spiderman would web him up to a wall and as he is doing this wolverine goes to tackle him...spidey senses flips up but gets nailed by captains shield!!! spidey hits the ground hard and wolverine unsheaths his claws so spiderman kicks him hard in the groin and stands to punch him as capatin america grabs him and goes to snap his neck but spidey throws him into the wall but he doesnt know that wolverine already cut daredevil lose and went to take a five minute break reading the daily bugle and smoking a cigar. spiderman then senses daredevil and for fifteen minutes they chase each other around sensing and dodging each others blows and climbing walls jumping from rooftop to rooftop until spidey gets tired and scared when he senses wolverine is really pissed off at daredevil and spidermans senses and the fact their both holding back on each other and talking things out. daredevil and spiderman in the end come to an agreement and somehow wolverine is the target leaving captain america with a sore back and a migrane headache.
spiderman: come on wolverine me and daredevil came to an agreement.
