I only did part of the quest as a joke so I don't enirely know. What you have to do is first go to the Arcane University in the Imperial City and talk to Raminus Polus (a vampirism topic will be there). He will direct you to the Count of Skingrad who is also a vampire and is researching the cure for his wife. He will direct you to the Glenmoril witches who were rumored to have a cure for vampirism. Once you get to their location (marked on the map) you will find only one of them and will agree to help you if you bring her five empty grand soul gems. That's as far as I got when trying it out. You most likely have to help her with her quest.
to add to this, you then have to kill a very "powerfull vampire" she gives you his location, and then get nightshade, garlic, bloodshot(in an oblivion portal), and the blood of an aragonian(on a dagger she gives you)
if you are struggling with traveling in the day and what not, bite a few people to calm the disease and you can play just fine, when vampirism gets to the highest level you die very quickly outside, and majority of NPC's will not talk to you.

In other words, being a vampire is a pain in the ass. 😊 😛
ugh.. fighters guild quests are a bum.. now they're making me go up into the mountains near bruma... I tried to take my horse but we fell of a cliff and the horsie died... so I had to load up a save -_-
the arena is really fun though.. it helps ya get better with the fighting
(the hand to hand fighters are more scarier than the weapon users o_O)
