I also found another one where you go to that little settlement outside of Kvatch and talk to the women who sells goods. I think she's a green Orc.

And you just keep trying to sell your equip weapon, which you can't, but she'll still pay for it and you'll get the money and keep your equiped weapon.

Seems it would take longer to do that though.....over and over and over again. ermm

itd be the same with the duplicate weapon thing, you cant just sell 80 000 dollars worth of gold, nobody has enough money.

does anybody know if theres someone who has a lot of money in this game like with the little creature(i forget its name) in morrowind?

What?

It works like that?

I don't like the sound of that.

Normally in games you just sell away to your heart's desire.

So it's possible to have a bunch of items and not be able to sell them?

I'm assuming you copy items right in the stores since you can't carry but so many things at once.

anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

you just have to sell them one by one. the way they did it in morrowind made a lot more sense, but this way is way better. i just copied some expensive jewlery so i didnt have to go do it in the store or anything.

No, here's what I was talking about.

Let's say you're in a field and you copy 13 heavy items. But you can't carry them back to a store b/c it takes up your encumberance.

I was thinking you'd just do it in a store so you can just pick it all up off of the ground and not worry about carrying it all at once.

How was it done in Morrowind? When did Morrowind come out? Was it just for Xbox?

anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

yes i understood what you were talking about. like i said i did it with a lightweight item so i didnt have to do it in the store.

the guys in morrowind had a set amount of money, when you bought something they're money went up according to how much you paid them for it, but if you sold something you depleted all of their funds so you couldnt sell all your items to the same person. it was just a more practical way of doing it. better in this one though.

But I thought that's how you said it was in this one. 😐

anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

have you ever sold anything in this game?

you can only sell them the max amount that they have, their money replenishes itself as soon as they spend it. if you ahve something worth more than the amount they have they wont be able to pay you that so they just give you their max.

How else am I suppose to keep up with my money if I hadn't sold anything yet?

I'm just going by what you're saying b/c it seems you're getting your words screwed up a bit. 😬

Like right here for example. You say how the store owners only have a certain amt of money to spend for the items you sell.

Then right here:

You say the same thing here.

you cant sell him 80 000 worth of gold at once, you have to sell each of the items individually and you would get the sellers maximum amount of money because what you have is worth..****it man. figure it out for yourself. its not that complicated. what i said before made sense. go sell something at a store, look at the sellers money and see what it does.

I'm sure I understand.

I was just trying to get you to explain more clearly b/c you didn't get across what you were trying to.

😂

I think thats very clear to me.

One last time for the guy who fell of the buss (Dee Dee Dee)... For example lets say you go to a shop and decide to sell a iron sword and lets say this sword cost 1000GC. Now the owner of the shop has a limit (which can clearly be seen at the bottom right within the items box) of 800GC. If you try to sell your sword which costs 1000GC and the shop owner can only afford 800GC (simple math here) would the shop owner be able to buy your sword?

Also you need to remember that you can bargain anything so you may need to lower the price of the sword but if the sword still costs more than 800GC... will they still buy it?

I love how people can't just stay silent or answer a question without trying to insult someone.

I'd rather you'd not answer at all.

note the 😂 face, he was joking man. no ones insulting eachother. its just a little kidding around, its not healthy to take yourself too seriously.

Merchant gold is shit in this game, its the only problem....you can have an item worth 10k and not be able to sell it cause the highest merchant has like 6k...

I got a mod that increases merchant gold with your mercantile skill. Otherwise if you want to sell something, go to Hawkhaven, I think the merchant has 60k or something..

hawkhaven eh, how do i find that?

i've gotten re-addicted to this game :]

Uh its...hidden. Press ~ and type coc hawkhaven to get there, and once you're there you have to fast travel or type coc bravil or somewhere to get out.
