Am I the only one who doesn't particularly like Skarsgard as Thor? Do I have to watch True Blood to see why everyone loves it so much?
The guy appears to be a decent actor, although that's on a medium sized role on series. So how well that would translate into the big screen remains to be seen.
My big concern is that he may just not have the screen presence to convey Thor, and hold his own on it.
I mean I could see him pleasantly surprising everyone and doing an amazing job, he definitely has the look though.

For me Thor is all about conveying an air of presence. Just that raw sense of awww.
