where did you get all the other stuff? all they did was fly up to the gravity lift, do a fly-by and throw the "atomic football" into the ship, and run. the ship then blew up, and BECAUSE THE HULL AND SHIELDING DAMPENED THE EMP IT DIDNT AFFECT THE MAC CANNON GENERATORS!! and then the ship fell onto the army below it.

lol..thats strictly for gameplay immersion.. it has no effect on the controls or the ability to continue firing weaponry. If you want to go there, then samus has a plasma cannon mounted on her arm.. and as far as Ive played halo.. it only takes 1 plasma charge shot to get rid of chiefs shield..so she'd charge shot him, then just cram a missile in his face (hey ..if 1 grenade kills chief up close.. I'd hate to see what a missile does from 1 meter away) end of chief.. *samus shoves chiefs corpse off a ledge, moves on with her life*
And do you really think that the MC will be stupid enough to let her come close enough for that to happen? He's a Spartan, and I think that he'd be smart enough to in-recon with a scoped weapon, preferably a Beam Rifle.

Now remember the Varia, and Gravity suit? That held off temperatures close to about, say, 1550 Degree Celsius(The molten lava, probably a mix of iron, and an alloy).
Now times that by about 100 thousand. Makes a big difference, doesn't it? Even with 1499, She would be dead in one minute, tops.

Except in Prime, the Gravity suit negates the damaging effects of lava and acid. Recalculate your estimates to account for that.
I know that, but notice how I said 100 million degrees. Even if her Grav and Varia suit capabilities protected her from lava (1550 degrees Celcius) but she will as sure as hell not be able to stand a fusion core reactor explosion, a hundred million degrees celsius. She would fry.
You really do give Samus's current technologies too much credit.

First of all, why would Samus, who is an intelligent being would know that a Reactor going off would expand enough to cover Samus completely. It may not affect her, but that is until her suit ,elts, and then shes next, no matter how technologically advanced her suit is. The Mjolnir armor would vaporize isntantly, but would probably just as long as Samus because of the shields and possibility of an active overshield.
End of story, both would be dead, technology in both universes isn't that advanced.
And yes, point blank shots with a rocket launcher would tear apart both suits f armor and murder themselves just as quickly, a sniper rifle long distance Master Chief would win, simply because those snieprs rifles are incredibly accurate and powerful, and four headshots, and shed be dead before the second one penetrated. Also Master Chief would use a fusion reactor as a self-sarcrifice to bring down Samus, but only with good reason.
