I can conclude from experience that most women dont lie so here is a simple chart to know the truth:
-If they admit it that means yes.
-Refusal to tell usually means yes unless they are so shy they cant even tell the truth and say no.
-If they say they dont then they probably dont. (Minus those once in a while expections)

I'm I girl. I masterbate, I'm not afraid to admit it when asked if I do. My theory is that the majority of the world's population does or has masterbated at least once in their lives. If you watch that sex show with that old lady there...oh whats her name, Joan or something? Anyway, many females have called in to ask questions about masterbation.
