if it is only a telepathic battle probably, i don´t know much of her, and since MM is DC we do not know how deep can he go in terms of thelepathy.
but if it is a all power fight, he can protect time enough to punch her in the face or break his neck. or even he can turn intangible (she will not be able to use telepathy on him) and he could phase inside her booby

The way I see it one superspeed punch knocks out the good doctor. Superman and WW launch a superspeed assault on Namor. He goes down. After occupying the Hulk with giant plasma robot. Superman and WW tag team Hulk. He goes down. While Supes and WW fougnt the Hulk, Green Lantern fought the Silver Surfer. He loses. Silver Surfer blasts Supes and WW into oblivion. Aquaman is useless. He justs stands there waving a pompom made of seaweed. The Defenders win.
If "one superspeed punch" could take out Strange, why not Fate?
Mostly what you have done is claim JLA character's immunity to the Avenger's power. Moondragon could turn Superman upon his allies, and then kill him while MM stood by helplessly. Flash would be killed by living lightning, who's just as fast, stronger, and can electrocute him. Though you claim Dr. Fate's omnipotence, he would fall to the combined might of Scarlet Witch and Wonder Man.
The Avengers, even with this lineup, are out gunned.
The JLA have not one not two but three master magic users. Dr. Fate is a sorcerer supreme, Zatanna can do anything as long as she says it backwards, Manitou Raven can resurrect the dead, call upon a legion of armies, and is capable of numerous dark art spells. Scarlet Witch is not in their league.
Orion is stronger and more invulnerable than Superman. Not to mention he has access to a Boom Tube and technologies that would baffle Iron Man. Big Barda is right there with him
Coldcast is one of the most powerful superheroes to date. Complete control over the entire electromagnetic spectrum. He could defeat quite a number of the Avengers with a biological EMP. Not to mention a plain-old EMP would take out one of the Avengers biggest hitters: Iron Man. He can also freeze time.
Hourman III has complete control over time. He can see the future perfectly. He is literally like a DVD remote.
Captain Atom is literally a walking and breathing nuclear bomb. Enough said.
Major Disaster can...well create disasters. He can disrupt people's powers, create earthquakes, volcanoes, meteor storms, hurricanes, and even make the planet explode. Any thing that can be defied as a disaster would be within his power.
Green Lantern possesses the most powerful weapon in the universe. He can do anything. One million duplicates of the Justice League and GL is a force to be reckoned with. He can do ANYTHING he desires.
Captain Marvel, Superman, and Wonder Woman are some of the most powerful superheroes alive. Incredible strength, near-lightspeed superspeed, near-invulnerability, and other abilities make them capable of taking out most of the Avengers. Martian Manhunter is right up there with them.
Metamorpho can become any element imaginable. He is impossible to kill.
Triumph is DC'S Magneto. He can control magnetic fields. Nuff said about him.
Flash can accelerate past lightspeed, vibrate through solid bodies, and can take out Captain America, Firestar, and other Avengers with human endurance within a picosecond.
Firestorm has complete control over matter and molecules. Cap's shield turns into cotton candy and Iron Man's armor turns into plastic.
And finally Aquaman has incredible superstrength and aquatic telepathy.
The Avengers are outmatched. Every comic book expert agrees. It's fact.

Scarlet witch is imbued with the essence of the otherworldly demon Chthon, and her potent reality warping powers. You are seriously underrating her. Her powers are not unreliable. She altered the entire universe with her power.
Serei can undo anything Firestorm does, and then turn him into a popsicle. Her power's exceed the Silver Surfers.
Though you deny it, Moondragon can control the mind of ANY of the Justice League Members.
Living Lightning is just as fast as Flash, and can control lightning.
Hulk is stronger than either Superman or Orion
Thor has better fighting ability than anyone you have mentioned,
godlike speed, lightning, and phenomenal resistance to magic.
Gilgamesh is identical to Thor, except stronger and without the Hammer or lightning
Captain Mar-vell(III) outclass all of them with his strength, faster than light speed and precognition.
Wonder Man is pure energy, and is faster than light.
Vision can become intangible (meaning nothing, even telepathy or magic can affect him. It's like he doesn't exist.)
Sue can become invisble and project force fields just as potent as Green Lanterns.
Iron Man could blast away any of the weaker JLA members.
Firestar can travel at the speed of microwaves, (that is equal to the speed of light) and could melt anything. It does NOT cause her injury to use this power. That is completely innacurate.
The Avenger's are certainly not "outgunned." It is certainly not a fact. you are saying the Justice league members invulnerabilities they are not proven to possess. (you cannot prove any of them. Not Green Lanterns; not Fate's; not Coldcast's.) You have called upon the most powerful JLA members. I have excluded many of the Avenger's powerhouses.
You didn't respond to my post concerning the Dr. Strange statement.
Thats why the Avengers should have fought dirty and called up ol' Uncle Eros. He just attacks the pleasure-center's of the JLA's minds, reducing them to rolling around on the ground in violent orgasms. But whatever.
Yup. The Avengers will always be outmatched. It's just a fact of life, the DC Universe has a power fetish. They go the whole 9 yards and beyond. I think Marvel has some very powerful superheroes, but many have never served as Avengers. Given the right circumstances, I'd bet that Genis could take the JLA. Black Bolt could do some nifty things with his voice and electron manipulation, but again he's not an Avenger. Oh well, congratulations, JLA, though it's not like you had to work all that hard to earn it.
Green Lantern, Coldcast, or Fate could fall to Moon Dragon. If green lantern could be overcome by will power, Telepathy could definitely affect him. Psionic energy cannot be "absorbed", and Draco has failed to prove that Coldcast can absorb energy at all, much less absorb telepathy. Fate is not nearly as invincible as Draco states, his helmet was removed before.
