true she was out briefly (in her long travel), but only for a moment -- perhaps you can label that a ko, but fact is she was back up and fighting and he was the one holding a ruptured throat at the end while she expressed SHE was holding back . . .
and holding back but not holding back doesn't quite cut it, snoop. he was hitting with moon-breaking strength. if that's not maxed out, it's likely pretty damn close . . .

2 very poor assumptions on your part:
1. that it would have hit had adam . . . NOT TURNED HIS BACK ON HIM!
2. that it would have put him out even if it DID hit.
during that fight adam didn't even WANT to fight. if you want to make a case for someone holding back and not caring about that fight, adam is the one you should consider.

Well Max Lord could have been messing with Supes mind during that fight.
Everything about the issue was out of character. The only thing really one can gather from that Wonder Woman fight in Sacrifice is things his body is capable of. Because it sure as hell didn't fight like Supes.

It was perfectly stated he wasent holding back and it makes sense to me. The enemy that he always feared the most coming back to kill the person he cares the most. Or one of.
