Compare that to an equivalent vice versa situation where Captain Marvel owned the HELL out of All Star Superman. In far quicker and easier time than your scan showed for the opposite.

As I recall Marvel even handled several villains at the same time who were ganging up on Supes. I believe Grundy was one of them? Or perhaps Bizzaro? I know than Captain Marvel has handled Bizzaro before, someone who Superman always has trouble with. Nothing magical about Bizzaro's powers so that can't be used as an excuse.

Also, There was a fight between Superman, and Marvel, where Superman actually states that in physical combat, CM has an advantage because he is magical.

Captain Marvel was making Lobo look silly. Captain Marvel was taking shots from SPECTRE. (even before Marvel got amped up to make the fight closer) Spectre is an order of magnitude stronger than Darkseid, being that Spectre is a cosmic being and God's 'right hand' and all.

And yes, I remember that fight. Superman said that 'toe to toe' Marvel has the advantage. You shouldn't have mentioned that quote because that was Superman giving credence to the notion that in straight fisticuffs Captain Marvel has the advantage. And the scans showed just that. Captain Marvel was easily outboxing Superman and broke his nose with one punch and then tanked a point blank heat vision blast. Nothing about any 'weakening magical aura' bs doing that.

There is a posted scan of Superman's HV hurting Cm even though Superman was trying to reason with him.

If all else fails you can always use speedblitz ftw. *shurg*

Use Black Adam's race/fight against Jay, then compare it to Superman's speed feats/confrontation with Jay etc.

You should quote Bran's post, and then own him using these points though. Otherwise nobody's going to read the discussion.

Lol you just contradicted yourself. A straight fight IS a slugfest as in just using their physical abilities.

Marvel is more durable. Just as fast if not faster. Just as strong, and his punches do more damage than vice versa.
