Dr. Doom vs. Iron Man

Merging

A battle of the two armoured Smart men, with no prep time and no outside help. Battle takes place in a standard issue city. Other then that there are no rules, the contenders may take what ever useful devices they want with them, but nothing to out there (no time machine for Doom etc)

So, who takes it?

Iron-Man probably creates the better suits but he doesn't have enough to take Doom.

Iron Man and Doom are equally as intelligent. Doom, however, is more powerful.

You can't see it behind Gentleman Ghost but he also has a ritzy cane. Well, you can see the handle a little. Also Deadshot used to wear a tophat.

Actually, he is. Tony Stark's intelligence is superhuman genius. His scientific mind is comparable to Bruce Banner, or Reed Richards. He's right there with Doom.

Lets see, Where i think that Doom is extremely overrated in terms of fight and power, in intelligence and genious he is nearly unbeatable. He is the most intelligent person in all the marvel universe. His mind is amazing, is like to mix Eistein, Newton and Edison in one person. Only Reed Richards is his equal in intelligence terms. Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Hank Pym , Henry mcoy aka the beast and Stephen Strange are nerly to them, but Doom and Richards are in another leguage. They are genious in science, technollogy, robotics, chemichal, phsichs, Plus Doom has magic knowlegdes. Only Richards could beat doom in terms of intelligence.

By the way, In this fight, without preparation time, iron could could beat doom because his armor is way better in general terms and has more recourses than doom`s, but with preparation time, doom genious could study iron man armor and add to his own armor some things to beat him.

I wouldn't go that far AC. Doom's intellect is unmatched and Tony has stated that tech wise, his armor pales in front of him. Now IM has an advantage and is that he has fought and vanquished several foes by himself and with the Avengers. Strategically in an unprepped match, IM is very well equipped and as up to know comic wise, Tony has made tremendous upgrades in his armour. The battle would be very tough for Vic
