You forgot how Mace is unable to defend against the second barrage by virtue of missing a hand
Whoa, Windu was nearly overwhelmed by Sidious's taste of Lightning. How the hell is he going to survive with an all out blast coming at him? By Vapaad? C'mon people, Vapaad has to have a limit. The probably theory would be that it will cause a superconducting loop to a Dark Side attack the user has the power to reflect. I mean, if Sidious fried a Force Storm at Windu, he would be able to reflect it even though he was nearlt fried by a taste of Palp's Lightning? That makes no sense.

This is ridiculous.
The commentary proves that Sidious's face "melted" due to the strain of exertion, the summoning of dark side energies to kill Windu. So, Sidious may not have been going full out and throwing everything he had into the blasts, but he was most definately not toying with Windu at that point either. It was made clear: he wanted to destroy Mace at that point himself.
That said, of course Vaapad has a limit. It was a superconductive loop that allowed Mace to use Sidious's power against him - but as we saw, if the opponent is extremely powerful (which Malak is not, when compared to RotS Sidious) - Mace could be killed as well. But, like I said, Mace's only real danger was from his own lightsaber that Sidious was pushing at him.
As for a Force Storm, I doubt it, considering how it isn't energy based - and it is on a massive scale. He might be able to resist lightning, drain, or possibly choke and so on and so forth (even Kun's amulet blasts are feasible), but Force Storms are too massive and powerful. They'd engulf Mace.

Also, SF Powered Malak was above Dooku in terms of power. He was extremely powerful.
Regular Malak is a different case however but even he is not a weakling.

Kun's blast put a whole through the Massassi temple, so unless you consider Mace's lightsaber to be harder and more powerful than the Massassi temple/rocks, then it's quite obvious that Mace CANNOT stop an amulet blast. Not to mention the amulet blasts are thicker than a lightsaber's blade, if you've ever taken a closer look.
And how in the world is he going to stop a force drain? Whether it's on Malak's level or on Nihilus' level, he can't just throw it back at them.

No, it’s not ridiculous as you are bothering to reply to it, indicating that you feel its necessary to respond to.
Palpatine’s motives were to show Anakin how weak he was and that the Sith Lord needed him. That’s why he doesn’t bombard Windu with Lightning, but unleashes a torrent good enough for Mace to loop it back at him. He wanted to seduce Skywalker, that was the plan.
The rest if more what I had in mind, Vapaad has a limit, and by using it you cannot block every Dark Side technique (well you can, but it depends on the magnitude of the attack, like Luke’s Emerald Lightning is incredibly powerful and instantaneous).

That's nice lightsnake, except you fail to understand the nature of these blasts. They are fueled by the darkside but once they are let out, they destroy anything in it's path. Think of a powerful canon blast or something. The only logical way around these blasts is to dodge them, or disarm the amulet itself.

Lmao. People are obligated to respond to "ridiculous" things just as much as feasible things, hence why I responded. I don't want this ridiculous theory to become the next "Dooku was holding back" taboo that I had to deal with.

We've had this trouble before; you're not Lucas. Interpretations of character motives are very fine, and you can make them. But don't expect them to float above the water - you're lacking sufficient evidence. Palpatine did bombard Mace with lightning - but Vaapad's properties allowed Mace (albeit with great difficulty) to force the lightning back on Palpatine because it is a "superconductive loop".
He faked weakness after he stopped the lightning assault, and that is where sufficient evidence seems to direct the thought that "he wanted to seduce Anakin". It was quite clear via the movie and through the commentary that, initially, Sidious wanted to kill Mace himself.

When Mace "gets into" Vaapad, it has not been extrapolated that it has a "limit". It's quite possible that it doesn't when he gets into it. I'm not saying that he's invincible, as Mace seems to take several seconds to relieve himself of Jedi restraint and become fully immersed in it, hence why Sidious was able to kill his colleagues and force Mace back into the main office before he was able to prove his ability. But when that happens, combined with Shatterpoint, Vaapad may not have a limit at all.
The danger that he was in was not because of Vaapad. It was that he was engaging in combat against a stronger Force user - who was able (with time and effort) to push his lightsaber back against his face. He was in danger of being cut with his own saber, not from Sidious "overpowering" Vaapad.
Vaapad makes use of "dark side" energies. I'm not saying he's the most powerful Jedi ever, as it is likely that Vaapad's unique properties wouldn't work against someone like Yoda (who isn't a dark side user), or Luke, and they are both more powerful than he is.
He wouldn't likely be able to stop a Force Storm due to the sheer size of it (able to engulf fleets without a problem), and it isn't energy based. It's generated from an extremely powerful Force user coupled with sheer hatred. But anything else? It's possible that, when Mace is in full Vaapad mode, he is able to repel the vast majority of dark side-based energies.
