If you go for an all against all I will give it to the SW side... not easily though... Only becuase of the sheer numbers.
We should start a new thread with more defined rules and a smaller group... say one ST task force against one SW Imperial task force... No Q, no NJO Luke... Limited number of Force users based on the time period (if its in the NJO erra then there would be none for the Imperial side) so we should define the scope of Time, Major Character involvement, and Fleet size... Then let the battle start.
Actually guys when thinking about it I dont know that there would ever be a victor....I believe that the story TRS wrote is the way it would end up....The "good guys" would be smart enough to sign a peace treaty and then all thats left is the bad guys on either side that still have to be dealt with and you could not trust the borg to leave anyone alone if there was a rip in dimensions universes etc they could pass through expand the collective they would....I really think TRS is right about a new thread but I say no holds barred as far as who is there cause Im confident NJO Luke and a few other powerful force users could hold off Q attacks...what should be decided though who is on whos side....etc...Q would not even mess with em I dont think unless the emperor and other sith lords or someone like that tried to aquire Q power etc...then that would bring Q continuom onto the good guys side long enough to counter any threat against them...etc...something I feel we should really get together to discuss....some of the regulars...Im a semi regular at least in here posting 3 to 4 nights or days+ some a week so I want in on some of the planning for the new thread!!...lol....I would say put battlestar in it too but not enough technologically advanced good guys there...mainly the cylon empire some Q type gods and devilsjust not enough there..oh well scratch battlestar the galactica wouldnt hold up to one borg sphere before becoming assimilated or one super star destroyer before being borded...lol....anyways keep me updated! OKAY! So lets start thinking about a new thread... I think the first thing we need to decide is what time period do we want to focus on in the SW universe?
Pre Ep I, II, III - During Ep I, II, III - Between I,II,III and IV,V,VI - During Ep IV, V, VI or POST Ep IV, V, VI
Lets decide this and then we can refine it even more...
I think that doing the new thread During a movie time period is more limiting due to the fact that we would be interfering in Canon Storyline. I lean more towards POST Ep IV, V, VI era. So thats my vote for time period.
well I cannot speak for everyone but I was thinking after the movies in the time of NJO Luke also as he can do anything he wants basically he is so powerful...Q same way.......but lets not forget the emperor is still around EXAR KUN comes back and he is one bad mofo too! anyways thats my start on the idea on SW time era which cuts alot of prestuff out.....sith lords hardcore jedi etc....ST time era I assume is up to date as well which cuts out all the badass weapons lifeforms from the original kirk series that Kirk destroyed such as the planet eater(doomsdaymachine) we had once assumed that would swallow any deathstars in its path...(now Kirk himself can still be in it he is like the emperor he just keeps coming back) everyone else who has died or weapons destroyed races destroyed etc..are not allowed either just like the old sith and hardcore jedi....anyways these are my first ideas but Ive been up all night drinkin and no slepp so someone lemme know if I make no sense...lol....hey wheres Fishy? he should have posted by now this morning....
