I don't know jack about Star Trek, but Star Wars has:

Death Star - Can blow up planets
Star Forge - Make infinite amounts of ships, weapons, droids, and people
NJO Luke - Manipulate blackholes, instantly kill people with the Force, tear ships apart with the Force
Sidious - Tear ships apart with the Force
Sion - Damn near invincible, unless someone can persuade him
Joruus C'baoth - Able to mind control thousands of people at the same time
Billions of Yuuzhan Vong - Armor that can resist blaster fire
Billions of Jedi - Can deflect bullets, use the Force, and hone hundreds of other abilities
Billions of Mandalorians - The most ruthless warriors that Star Trek would ever have the misfortune of fighting
Millions of Basilisk Droids - Literally houses armed with cannons
Trillions, maybe even quadrillions of ships - Way more equipped for war than the Star Trek ships (from what little I've seen of ST)
Millions of Clone Troops - Trained to nigh perfection
Billions of Battle Droids - Able to be easily and quickly produced
Durge - Bounty hunter who withstood blaster fire from 20 blasters, a direct rocket, and internal combustion, able to heal instantly
Valley of the Jedi - Able to create Jedi in mass numbers
Pre-Kotor Jedi/Sith - Able to use techniques that can cause stars to nova, destroy all living organisms down to the last cell on an entire planet, eat people with the Force
Shadow Generator - Able to use gravity to crush ships as well as infantry

And numerous others of which I have not the time nor effort to list...
