Well... there is no possible way that you are going to even try to control Revan, and the Exile was just too weak, he probably cut himself of from the force cuz he was so weak... i mean all he was is what Nihilus was, so would u really want a LEECH in your party... So, we will probably be playing as Revan, but that makes it difficult to be evil if the Cannonical ending for the 1st and second both included revan being a good guy... just a thought as well

i somehow doubt that lucasarts would do more than one star wars mmo, atlest when SWG is still running, but u can always hope eh

its not that big of a surprise i hope they make a good job on it nothing lame like taris in one and perogues on 2

i hope they have much better writers for the story in k3 than k2

I didnt think Taris was bad, it might have been my favorite world with all the quests... but i had a thought, why dont they make the new game with Night/Day/Weather and maybe even HDR?!!??! but anyway, about the MMO... uhmmm... i think it mightbe extremely difficult to have a real plot line, cuz everyone would be doing the same stuff (ie. SWG) just a thought

oh, and i forgot to say, Could you imagine 150,000 Ebon Hawks flying around and about 150,000 "near extinct" Jedi? this is the problem with MMO's... but i would really like to see a great plot and maybe a Sparring and Chillout world to make the MMO work

Ya, that's why SWG is set in a galaxy where SW canon isn't really upheld properly. Luke Skywalker can be found in multiple places at the same time (when he lands in Theed for example). They should stick to an offline RPG regarding the KOTOR series.

The only concept that would be really cool to see would be a Star Wars MMO set in the Old Republic time period. However, each character would have to be unique (like SWG) and jedi should be unlockable, but tough.

an MMO would be kinda dumb, like it was said before, hundreds of thousands of "rare" jedi, kinda dumb, they better make KOTOR 3

The thing about the Kotor series is the strong, background, and somewhat unchangable plot... and MMO's are much too relaxed... so unless Bioware was full of geniuses that could come up with this stuff... there isnt going to an MMO, or atleast i hope not. I really want to see mass world destruction, building of fleets and stuff though... and couldnt they make more of a prequel though, MAYBE SET WHERE U FIGHT IN MANDALORIAN/ JEDI CIVIL WARS???? that would be awesome, then have bioware make KOTOR 3 to make some sense of Kotor 2... that would be so delicious

perhapse but why make it the third then why not 0 or -1 but in the fact there has to be very little jedi so many fell and died or was kiled they cant have too many or else they would make it far fectched

That said, KOTOR 3 could be really good, but they'd have to take Lightsaber fighting to the next level... the one-hit kills level where every non-killing move is blocked or dodged... it'd have to be an awesome combat system with a lot of parrying and reversals and stuff... make lightsaber fights cool again...

After that, get all the stuff from Bioware's Mass Effect in there (lots of planets... plenty of fluid talking etc)

And for those hungry for multiple people to team up with... just make it multiplayer, no need to have it MMO. Hook up over gamespy and you and three other jedi can have at it. Now that's cool.

That would definitely blow quite a few minds... but still.... if one player in ur party is gay, he can mess up alot of stuff........... and Dialogue wont work, and ppl will get jealous of the lead player and stuff

Well, in the case of online co-op mode, there wouldn't be a lead character.

well... im just saying that it is impossible to advance a plot with 3 REAL characters, there always has to be a leader, its how the KOTOR games have worked

I don't think it's impossible at all. The group could possibly be portrayed as a band of jedi, as a unit, progressing through the Old Republic times.
