I talked to Kurt Busiek about this (the author of JLA/Avengers). The guy has written for both characters in his career. He's also written for the JLA and the Avengers.

He and his team of writers sat down before publishing, and ALL of them agreed that Superman would beat Thor in a fight.

So unless you actually think that Venom is > Thor, then you're shooting yourself in the foot with this argument.

Thats not what Im doing, you are right, it is bad writing but I dont think that its bad writing when a character/villian, one shot a character and then stomps on the rest of the team. That happened twice recently to the jla/superman. Superman was one shotted and the rest of the team stomped by regular brutes. Im about to get off, I will talk to you all later.

I would like to see proof of this because a couple of years ago when I talked to a writer about juggernaut vs superman and they stated that juggernaut can beat superman, I had to provide proof.

I dont know what comic youre reading because the ones that Im reading superman gets stomped by brute fighter and have displayed at 5 time since the 90's of doing anything close to combat speed. Not enough to convince me that he has that ability.

Numerous of brute fighter have koed him and almost killed him. Yet powerful, hes a brute fighter himself that is hyped on the forum, just like wonderwoman and other characters that you all depict on having this amazing combat speed. Superman by far has one of the most amazing FLIGHT speed in comics but combat speed 😆 .

And yes, I do think that hulk has enough speed to hit superman since others have done so. You cant say that its pis or bad writing since this has been going on since his beggining. It is something that you all will never accept but will continue to happen.

Its not hypocrisy, its fact. Fact that thor has been knocked out by ironman, I dont agree with it but it happened. Fact that spiderman wailed on thor before, dont agree with it but it happened. Fact that doc ock knocked out hulk, dont agree with it but it happened. Fact that wolverine almost killed the hulk, dont agree with it but it happened. Fact that wolverine slash through thanos like it was nothing, dont agree with it but it happened.

When are you going to realize these things instead of boosting you character into things that he isnt. 🙄

Well to bad I do read superman comics and understand them quiet well. Thanks for the scan, learned something from it. Im still going to stick by thor but that did help alot.
