I don't see what the big fuss is.
The pope doesn't have as much power people think he does. Just another Pope who is an old school absolutist, nothing to lose sleep over if you ask me. It seems shocking that there is a new pope of course (the last one was pope longer than i have been alive) but i don't think there is anything to really get excited about either way.
Come on you guys! There is a huge difference between the Nazis and anybody else out there. But! It's hard to refute the fact that when I look at this Pope, I smell cigar smoke, unclean teeth, and whiskey.
I mean, come on: the creator of the X-Files has been preaching the whole "beware of old white guys in power" thing for years.
About Norway and a cardenal, I think that it depends on the amount of Catholics they have, or other historical reasons.hmmmmm Norway has a higher precentage of catholics per capita than India yet India has a cardinal, the historical aspects has already been posted, but it aint only Norway, none of the nordic (Denmark, Sweden, Finland Iceland, Norway) countries are represented

generally scandinavian countries are not known of being very religious.
(i've been there and there was no mass on sunday or just one in the very morning)
well if it is a faith thing it should be even more important to get a representative from these countries to try and change it, second protestant dont call it mass, they attend church from 11:00 am to 13:00 pm and then they meet again for church activities at 18:00, the catholics here do it the way the catholics do it in other countires or at least is suposed to. Cant speak for Sweden or Denmark though
Originally posted by fintiyou're right of course. and honestly i have no idea why there is none..i think there are like two from poland 😕
