Sex is good when it's something that give you pleasure and is not sawed as a game or a something you "MUST" do.I've had sex most of the times cause I wasn't even looking for a girl that want it, than the times I was thinking I "NEED" it.

Well they're both "legally" wrong but sex at 13 is while you're still a kid. I mean you're over halfway to 30 when you're 16 and you can make better decisions. A 16 year old has more chance of making better decisions than a 13 year old.

Isn't 16 the age of consent in most places? That would make it legal.

I think when you reach 16 ure wise enough to know whether u want a penis inside you/put ure penis inside someone or not.. 😬 sure they feel pressured, but just as pressuder as 18 year old virgins 😬

And if it isnt pressure its nervousness..whether it will go right or not, what will happen, etc.
