I don't see there's anything wrong with sex. I mean, okay, people can get worried about pregnancy but really if you're with someone that you know won't try and have sex without a condom, and is on some sort of contraceptive pill, there's nothing wrong with sex underage.
Funnily enough, there's no laws regarding lesbian sex in Britain, whereas the legal age for gay men is 16.
I had sex for the first time at 16. It's really not such a big deal. My girlfriend at the time was 23. We didn't do it again for a few months after that, but when we started to, it was great. I see no problem with it, as long as both people know what they're doing and they both know the consequences. I think it's wrong to try to force or guilt someone into doing it, but if they're both consenting, what's the big deal?
I think it's wrong for young teenagers to have sex like 12 and 13, I'm somewhat ok with 17 and 18 because they have more knowledge. Personally since I had 2 friends (2 girls) that had sex when they were 18 and 19 and both ended up having to an abortion, it just feels wrong that they would have to go through something like that when they are just starting to live their lives and understand things. One was using protection and the other one wasn't so they had the abortion because both wanted to go to college and study. They were two smart girls and they still had to suffer that pain.
I get where your coming from but next to "What you call the most important stuff to learn" you also have to learn about STD's, AIDS, and you DO learn about condoms and how to apply them. Now I know its good to earn your loved one's trust and for them to earn yours, but think about their previous partners (if they've had any), what if they had sex with them and caught a STD?
