Watch any of his episodes, and everything I said is there. I wanted to smack him during "Earthshock".
I've seen all of his episodes and it'sd simply not there.
The whole point of Earthshock is that he was depely unhappy (he had LITERALLY nothing) and so his relationship with the Doctor was becoming more like father/son, complete with arguments. Which was all part of the awesome

It's weird. Everyone I know that watches DW love Rose and despise Adric like I do. Huh.
And I'd say that Brigadier counts, and is indeed one of the best Doctor Who companions ever. He was that character that the Doctor would constantly insult and criticize for his military tactics, but you knew that the Timelord respected him more than almost any other person.

See, all you are doing is reflecting blind fan opinion without putting any intelligent comment of your own behind it- lots of other people say he sucks so he must, eh? Geez.
He is not remotely like any of these examples at all. And he's a darn site better than the run of the mill 'screaming women who sprain their ankles' companion that Who had much of the time.
He's also not at all llike Wesley, who was a pampered know it all. Adric wasn't a know it all, he was simply a maths genius. ZOE was a know it all (and sexy to boot).

Adric has an argument with the Doctor in Earthshock about wanting to go home- that's it. You want to take that as Adric being some screaming kid simply because there are a bunch of brainless fans who say this. I seem to remember Rose arguing with the Doctor a few times as well- the incident was only notable back then because people rarely argued with him like that. It is also worth noting that if Adric had been a girl, no-one would have ever complained.

You want proof? Watch the episodes. Watch "Full Circle", "State Of Decay", "Earthshock", and so on and so on.
First of all, you should CERTAINLY have the courtesy to read what other people put in their posts, and do not mis-represent what they say. it is extremely bad form to do otherwise.
Meanwhile- seen all three of them. Again, stop throwing titles at me. Anyone can do that. Actually give me examples in which he acts in the way you say, more so than other companions. His brother died in Full Circle, you know. I've already rebutted your claim about Earthshock. And he's barely with the Doctor in State of Decay, and then is put under an alien influence!
