I'm watching attack of the clones right now..and I've had a change of heart regarding my opinion on this forumn. Spider wouldn't beat Vader..
He'd freaking eviscerate him!!! This thread is freaking ridiculous.. Obi Wan was barely able to take on Jinga Fet..a freaking guy with a jetpack and a damb laser gun for Cripes Sake!!! And Obi Wan whooped Anakin's ass!! So tell me how the hell is Vader going to easily subdue someone as strong as SM?!! It ain't going to be easy for Spidey..I'll whole heartedly admit it..but it ain't going to be no cake walk for Vader.. Only way Vader Wins this is if he manages to subdue the wallcrawler quickly...without letting SM get any punches in. Cause all its going to take is one punch to knock Vader the freak out..end.

Because despite what people think Spiderman really doesn't have a speed advantage here.

Spiderman has a class 10 strength, Vader would get killed with like one punch.
Vader is a high level telekenetic in Marvel terms.
He can grip Spiderman's throat with the force, or block the webbing.. heck he can even use his lightsaber to chop the **** out of spiderman if he tries to punch vader.
Spiderman can't win in H2H bwecause of the saber. He can't win in distence because of the force, and the saber.
This is a rather unbalance match up in all reality.

first off vader doesn't need to use his hand to impliment the force......secong off......why wouldn't he just be able to turn his wrist and cut through the webbing? third....he does deflect blaster shots with his hands rewatch empire strikes back...

Duh. . . the only way to find out is "during the battle" which means vader would already have a hold of it and it'd be turned on. . .
Ok... Listen, what I mean...
Vader is standing about 20 feet from Spiderman. Spiderman shoots webbing at Vaders Hand, and wraps the entire HILT of the Light Saber in webbing, pulls with 10 class strength and rips it right out of vaders hand.
Whether the Sabers ON or not, he cant bend the beam around to slide webbing off the Hilt of the sword.
ummmm bad Idea......vader could use the force to turn on the saber spin the saber with the force to cut through the webbing....and use the force to keep spiderman still while he uses more force to injest a nice healthy dose of laser sword into his brain......he's used the tactic in a comic before....
