Whether they do or not is irrelevant I feel. Arsenal are at their absolute lowest ebb injury-wise; Villa are in their best form of the season.

irrelevant is a bit strong, it could be important. still early i know but morale wise a villa victory could hurt arsenal.

it'll just be a good game, its always better watching a game with two teams close in the table like that for a neutral like myself.

Any victory might hurt them morale-wise. I don't think it'll then have a bearing on their comparative seasons when they only play that one time.

Ashley Young can't get in an England shirt, you're prepared to argue that Owen is a better footballer? England go out there with way less ability than they have at their disposal, that's why they fail.

HOWEVER, that's not what we're talking about. Now, currently, Owen is not a better striker than Defoe. If you're judging him based on what he did in the past, then Pele is still better than Messi.

its easy for defoe to be better than owen when owen is out injured. even im better than owen when he is injured lol

now that owen is back from injury and enjoying a run of games, he is scoring the goals again. i think defoe has one more goal than him in the prem this season.

ashley young should be in an england shirt i agree. but his time will come.
