Obviously you're not done acting the fool...Yes Ali had great footwork and moved like a graceful ballerina in the ring, that was never in question. But when facing a diminished opponent and you have knowledge of this, it's easy to dance around and show off a bit.
As I said, there are better fights where Ali is facing an opponent in his league and he does beautiful work despite this.

Na, London was a mediocre boxer, his loses almost matched his wins... something like 35-20.

And your information is based on what?
If he is the "world's greatest and most rounded martial artist" please show me the facts you are basing this statement on.
I wouldn't say Ali is the greatest boxer of all time however there is plenty of video clips showing what he has done and did in his time.
A boxer is only as good as thier conditioning techniques. Ali was a phenomanal fighter. There is no questioning this. His training was rigged. When entering the ring to fight, he often held the advantage in physical fitness, desire and also strategy. Ali may not have invented the rope a dope but he perfected it. If you are truly going to argue the question on wheter or not bruce lee could take down ali. You have to have a strong understanding of their pasts, and the science and philosophy behind fighting. Taking this into consideration, i find it hard to believe that very many people could best Bruce Lee or anyone else whom makes the philosophy of martial arts their life. Boxing is a martial art, but the martial arts that bruce lee trained in and created were about spirituality, hard science and constantly challenging one's personality.
Ali began training for a match 3 to 5 months in advanced, and though i'm sure he trained regularly in between fights. It is well known that Bruce Lee trained six to eight hours a day daily. unless he was busy with films, and then trained only four hours. Knowing his training methods i am taking a liberty by saying that Bruce lee would probably have just as much if not more stamina than ali. Howeve, the important thing to know is that Bruce Lee's objective in any fight was to end it as soon as possible. He said a fight lasting more than two minutes, is a fight lost no matter the outcome. Bruce lee went through iron shirt training as well as knuckle hardening. Martial artists like bruce lee know where to direct their blows on the body to deal maximum damage. Ali, like any other boxers train for stamina, they know where to hit people to slowly wera their opponents down over time.

There's an asshat (and his multiple socks) in here who seems to think that "martial arts" is only useful in breaking boards and doesn't have any real power...

well that person obviously doesnt know much behind the science of martial arts. Breaking boards is only a display of personall advancment. Infact That is more of an americanized aspect of martial arts than anything. People pay money to learn martial arts and they want more than fancy uniforms for there money, they want to feel as though they can do something no one else can. These people completely miss the point in training in a martial art. anyone can break a board. Few can transfer 3500 pounds of pressure in a single kick. That is a fatal strike if delivered properly. Im not saying boxers cannot deliver a ton of pressure in a punch, but i highly doubt they can do it at will and consistantly
