To look at it, you are pretty sure Varm could finish the Abbot any time he liked. He must be waiting for somethihg, though you have no idea what. Instead, Kathya told him, specifically, to keep the Abbot happy for another day.
Do you intend to do anything before Andro goes drug searching tonight? Must be said, Gallagher, you are burning to know what Varm is hiding up there, that he doesn't want you poking around.
(Be careful here Gallagher. Watch what you reveal, intentionally or not. If Varm is here, something is definitely not right.)
Andro did his best to hide his surprise when he saw Father Varm in Dr. Mirani's office. How was this guy always showing up where their investigations took them? Something was very wrong. He knew that Gallagher was better than he with these types of situations, so he just crossed his arms and stood there. He couldn't resist a short glare at Varm, however, before he turned his attention back to Galagher and Mirani.
(Gallagher, use Sense on these guys.)
(It just hit me! Gallagher, let's apologise for interrupting and excuse ourselves from his office. Why? If Varm is here, he's not in his room! We can go up and investigate the area, perhaps find something out before Varm catches up. Maybe we'll get to the Abbot. If we can, take Zaland with us. If we find something, we might have a confrontation. We may anyhow. What do you think?)
"Oh, my apologies, then, Dr. Mirani, Father Varm," Gallagher says, stepping out of the office. "I will come again when it is more convenient..."
Here's my plan: Andro can go sneak up to Varm's area while Gallagher wishes to listen in on Varm's and Mirani's conversation, as Gallagher did with Varm and Kathya earlier. He will keep Zaland with him.
(As long as Zaland stays with Gallagher, I'll head there right now. Find out what you can from their convo. It might not look suspicious if you guys are pretending to wait to see the Doctor. Hey, if you can do it safely, try to stall Varm a little when he leaves. Every minute counts. Just don't get into any trouble, even if Zaland can kick Varm's butt. It might mean trouble for our mission and the Abbot. Good luck!)
Andro and Gallagher quickly make their plans, and Andro immediately heads for the roped off area. Keeping his senses open to the Force as bast as he can, he crosses the barrier and begins to sneak in.
(Andro will use Sense to try to stay out of people's way during this intrusion. As in, he'll try not to enter a populated room or corridor, duck out of sight if he senses someone coming, that sort of thing. Is there any way he'd know which rooms are Varm's or the Abbot's? If not he'll just do his best to search by trial and error. Otherwise Varm's is his first stop. Need anything else?)
Intuiton might kick in for finding the right rooms, otherwise you would be using Sense.
Too bad you are not as finely attuned as Gallagher.
Gallagher will keep his comlink at the ready, in case Varm leaves while Andro is still back there. He will wait near Dr. Mirani's office, listening in on the conversation.
There is actually the odd person around up there, Andro, but +2 on your Intrusion roll is enough to keep a low profile.
Gallagher can have told you which room was Varm's (the one Varm came out of earlier)- want to try in there?
Mirani has a secretary that makes that impossible without Intrusion, I am afraid, Gallagher. But as you leave, you do hear them mentioning that the Abbot is being treated right now...
