Wow the Rugby thing is still going on I figured my point about American Football players collisions being talked about as low impact car crashes would be enough.

But ok let's just look at some big misconceptions you have stated.

1) Being that American Football takes less Stamina and because they don't run every minute of every down.

There is a reason for this because in American Football you have to actually sprint and collide every single play of every single down your in. In case you didn't notice there are many times much like in Soccer you can see Rugby players standing around. They still get their breaks as well.

2) That this extra padding amounts to football players being weaker and or wussies.

Once again another misconception because this padding was gradually adapted over long periods of time because of the mounting injuries. Football players are asked to take much harder hits and to hit every play. Rugby is very oriented in the grounds of pushing and dragging tackles. Often times when a person is getting the ball someone is already there and these hard hitting tackles are actually wrap ups where they just drive the guy to the ground. The same kind of tackles 8 year olds make on the playgrounds.

I'm not saying Rugby isn't a very good sport and not fun or not physically demanding but in reality the hits on the body most American Football players take are far worse than the ones Rugby players take.

I can take this from personal knowledge because on the College football team I played for some of the players would quite and join our Rugby team those guys would say the hitting and Football and the hitting in Rugby are different and Football just is harder.

I'm on a diet too, but the last couple days I've fallen off the wagon. ermm Still not eating like I used to, but I haven't been strict on myself like I should be.

Meh we all have those days.

I just had to lose weight I had hurt my knee and ballooned up to 300 pounds!!!!

Now I'm back down to 250. Thank God 😛

I love cheesecake, but as it's dairy I can't really eat much of it 😛

Plus I always use the low-fat cream cheese as it tastes exactly the same.

I hurt my knee and went from 260 to 285. ermm My ideal weight is 204...so I pledged that by Oct. 13th of 2008 I will be at that goal weight.

My mouth is watering already 😄

I've already made it a requirement that any girl I marry has to be able to male Cheesecake 😛

Gotta love hurt knees ermm

My ideal weight is around 245-250 but maintaining that weight is hard until my metabolism kicks in with the extra running I've been doing.

It was pumpkin cheesecake, too 😊

Not a bad requirement 😛 me, I can't cook, but I can certainly bake 😄

Maybe you could mail me some 😮

Baking is all I need especially if they can make Pumpkin Pie 😊

I think all women need to know how to cook...all men too. We need to stop relying on fast and junk foods.

I don't think it'd keep very well in the mail 😛 it is really simple to make, though.

I'm trying to learn to cook better. I can make some stuff that's edible but for the most part I suck. I managed to burn spaghetti 🙁

My brother somehow manages to mess up Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.

Yup.

I would use more pie filling (probably the whole can) though as I couldn't taste the pumpkin that much.

Wow.

In my defense, I only managed to burn the spaghetti because I had forgotten to stir it so some of the noodles stuck to the bottom of the pot 😛

I can make a lot of good stuff with pasta and chicken, though, and one of my favorite things to make is rice, cheese, and brocolli casserole. My approach to cooking tends to be "make it up as I go along", none of my recipes I've scribbled down have actual amounts or anything 😛

Yep that sounds easy enough 😛

My favorite food to make is baked spaghetti. With American sliced cheese melted over the top. 😄

Ewww, American cheese is nasty...you need mozzarella or parmesan for pasta 😛

One of my favorite dishes is:

Boil boneless skinless chicken breasts until cooked throughout, make some Rice-A-Roni chicken flavored rice, mix the two in a baking dish and bake it for a while. So yummy, and easy.

I think that's one of the best ways to cook. Make it to taste, as your taste buds aren't going to be the same day after day. ✅
