There has been alot of talk about financial troubles and debt to do with Neverland. I am thinking the case will end in acquittal, though mainly as the prosecutions case really does seem to have some holes. And I guess it can be understandable he is in a poor state coming to court, which is hardly easy for anyone.
Never been to court on charges, although I went a couple of times back at the end of high school in order to get some subject matter for my legal studies project. Can't say I hated it, but then its not really something one is expected to like, being as it is an institution that in a better world might not exist, or at least not be such a major part.

hah u people are so ignorant. there was nothing of that nature found, pornography was found, i can even name the magazine"barely legal", but no pornography of 10 year olds were found, because if it were proved to be correct, trust me the prosecution would have a bigger case against michael jackson. its the same rumor like the 1 in which it said michael jackson wrote love letters to his accuser, pretty lust letters, and yet it was never proven, and now people dont even talk about it, because nothing of that nature was found.
so please i ask you to keep an open mind about this case, what ever is happening in the trial is the real deal, refrain from tabloids and rumors, because until they are not proven in court to be correct evidence, they are simply NON-EXISTANT!

in early 80's? i think you got it very wrong. in late 80's he had his BAD tour which was a world, wide success. same goes for his 2 other album tours DANGEROUS and HISTORY. which was in 1995. i dont think any1 else generated that much excitement from performing on stage. it was a mega deal. and as recent as 2001, his last concert to date, he performed in MADISEN SQUARE GARDEN, and over 25 million people watched the special. so please, he has still got it. It is the allegations which are making a mockery out of him right now, but he is innocent until proven guilty, and if he is found guilty of the accusations in court, may he burn in hell, because pedophile is a sick crime, and a crime that shall not be excused. but he is not convicted right now, and he is innocent until proven guilty. please keep an open mind

Dangerous and History made very little impact on the music industry. He was an old dog doing old tricks. He was very influential in music during the 80's but was merely a sideshow in the 90's and a media exposition in the 2000's.
Your blind fan loyalism is quite amusing, his career as an entertainer is over and has been over for a while, and putting aside the molestation allegations, you have to admit there is something seriously disturbed about an individual who has few friendships with anyone his own age, possesses such a tenuous grasp on reality and who has butchered his own face through so much plastic surgery.
he doesn't deny showing them porn, he doesn't deny giving them alcohol, but he does deny the most heinous of charges against him...pedophilia, because it's the charge that will actually put him in jail for an extended period of time.
This trial is already a travesty. Michael Jackson should be in jail for not making it to court on time...that is a fact. He gets special treatment because he is a celebrity, and by receiving this special treatment they have compromised the integrity of the court system. Michael Jackson is now above the law.
Michael's defense is what is going to keep him out of jail. If the District Attorney was as good at his job as MJ's defense Attorney is...then MJ would be in jail for an extremely long time. But that isn't the case.

If the kid and the kids prosecution had substantial evidence besides "I don't remember if I was told to lie" and other such slip ups, maybe Jackson would be under threat. However, the pajama thing is pathetic. Yes, anyone else would have been in trouble but this is a case talked about for many years and it's important to get it settled. Not have it put off for a number of years based on the man wearing pajamas.
You obviously place yourself above the jury because you've decided he's a monster who is undeniably guilty based on what? Nothing at all really.

Supposing a kid walked down the hall, into Michael's room and into his bed without him knowing. That would be all over the news and if Jackson said "I didn't know", you would all say "Oh whatever". Maybe he want's to prevent that. Just a thought.
Either way, I hope he gets off because I don't believe he is guilty of child molestation nor have I been given any reason to. As time goes on and the kid's story gets dumber and dumber while filled with more plotholes than X-Men 2, it only solidifies my belief in the saying "For those who believe no explanation is necessary. For those who don't, no explanation will do".
Because regardless of if they could get a psychic detective and prove his innocence, you would deny it.
