This trial is already a travesty. Michael Jackson should be in jail for not making it to court on time...that is a fact. He gets special treatment because he is a celebrity, and by receiving this special treatment they have compromised the integrity of the court system. Michael Jackson is now above the law.

Michael's defense is what is going to keep him out of jail. If the District Attorney was as good at his job as MJ's defense Attorney is...then MJ would be in jail for an extremely long time. But that isn't the case.

please when u dont know facts dont post about the trial at all. if you dont know what the defence is fighting for, shut up. MICHAEL JACKSON HAS DENIED SHOWING THEM PORN, and he has also denied giving them alcohol. so unless he is convicted on these charges, he is innocent! WHat is wrong with you? these are allegations, when they are proved to be correct, you can safely say that. gosh. The only reason why the district attorney is finding it hard is because HE SIMPLY CANNOT PROVE THAT THE ALLEGED MOLESTATIONS TOOK PLACE. GOD DAMN IT. Clearly Michael Jackson is not feeling well, and he discussed with the judge and the district attorney privately, so he is not above the law yet. you should not question what the judge is doing, he is the LAW, and thats the bottom line, he and the jury. and there is nothing we can do about it. their verdict is the LAW, thats the bottom line. i have always lived in pakistan, a country which is a tabloid free country. a place where the media does not run the country. i just shifted to houston, and just realised how incredibly biased the media is towards celebrities. o j simpson as far as i know was a football player, who got accused of killing his wife, but never got convicted. and i heard it was controversial, but why? i dont see why any1 should question him after he has been acquitted in court, it is the best way to find the truth out. u just have to deal with it.

You obviously didn't read or see any of th fact presented in that (O.J.) case.

I will keep an open about anything that i like, and this one thing that my mind is open about. I have no clue if he is innacent, and I dont really care really!! If he did it he should go to jail, if he didnt then he won't...

I believe that many in the media would love to see Michael
jackson convicted, just so they could then talk on and on
endlessly about how far he's fallen, and what's he gonna do
in jail.

Ofcourse, the same holds true to a certain extent for all
celebrities, but I think many in the news media would love
to see MJ convicted even more than for other entertainers,
such as OJ, simply because the man is unusual to say the
least.
