seems we are going to at loggerheads on this for some time.....lets take a different approach.

as it goes, you are Innocent until proven guilty, however when you are found "Not Guilty" the courts return to you and says exactly that "Not Guilty". they never say Innocent.

There is a reason why Innocent is not used. The prosecution has to prove "beyond reasonable doubt" that the crime did take place in order for them to secure the jurors on a "Guilty" verdict.
