Breaking News Report-6/13/05-Child Molestation declared Legal
In a groundbreaking decision of porportions not since since Murder was made Legal after the OJ trial or Purjury after Paula Jones civil suit the American legal system once again has once again altered its fundemental nature to support its Nobility. The American people breath a collective sigh of relief as California once again comes through for the rest of the nation and
In other News all courts now legally requiered to place "For Sale" signs in place on in juror box
Mr.Jackson quoted as saying "YHHEESSS Its a beautiful thing..........Whose the criminal here?Whose Jack the ripper here?"
After which he wiped his bloody tool off on a nearby childs Teddy Bear.G'Night everybody 😘
I guess this thread is valid since the discussion is on Michael Jackson and not on the trial which is now overl. No need to merged or close (unless necessary).
The way I see it with Michael needs to have counseling and maybe watch his health. Whether you belive or not this trial did put MJ in a unhealthy situation. He is going to need help from doctors and even family. If convicted he would have face a long term prison time. So I'm sure that did scare him out of his wits.
Yep ; he wants to be a kid.
There is nothing wrong with it. It goes pear-shaped when allegations are approched towards you. Personally, as i already said, i dont think he did molest the kids. He allowed the kids to turn against him and his eccentricity fuelled the events.
There were a lot of people out there who dont like MJ and they grasped the opportunity to have a reason to back-up their hate.
I agree 100%. Everyone has their own ways. Im only 16 but I wouldnt mind going back to being a kid again...I have my moments. Everyone just has their own way of fun. I mean..if You had the chance to own your own amusement park, would you? I sure as hell would, whether you all would or not!
And I cant agree more on the last comment, like I said in a previous post, I think its just to get his money and some attention. I read on an interview on TV a minute ago that the mother of the "supposed" 12 year old molested boy had previous Welfare problems...Nobody ever said they couldnt return!

Because he wants to be a kid again. I admit, its wierd, but THAT ATTITUDE has NOTHING to do with proving that he is innocent/not innocent. 🙄
Because he wants to be a kid again?Ok then at BEST hes completely @#$%ing insane and even if there were NEVER any accusations of anyt kind against him would you REALLLY trust a guy like that around your kids?.
Seriously strip away all previous charges AND his fame away and you have someone that is just genuinely creepy that does questionable things with small children

Actually, my statement is 100% true. Not guilty means innocent, That is its legal definition. As I say, it is in contrast to Not Proven,A civil case can still be taken because that works on a different system, Even so, this is a glaring anomaly.
Sorry, but this is a basic fact. 'Not Guilty' means just thatr, You are not guilty- you did not do it. That is how the criminal justice system in the western world works.
I've talked to prosecutors before, and they have told me that "not guilty" is deliberate in that it does not mean proven innocence, but lack of proof of guilt. They explained that "innocent until proven guilty" by definition means that the burden of proof is on the prosecutor, and innocence is not the focus of the trial. The defendant is assumed to be innocent. Therefore, the purpose of the trial is to prove guilt, not innocence. At no time during the trial is innocence attempted to be proven, only disproven. The legal definition of not guilty is NOT innocent, but rather not guilty. To prove innocence would require another trial with the burden of proof to be on the defense rather than the prosecution. This makes sense, even if the person who explained it to me is incorrect in his interpretation.

I dont think there will EVER be another opportunity for trusting anymore kids with Michael Jackson. He must have learnt his lesson by now. 🙄
If he's anything, he's not gay. Maybe bi, but not gay. I mean he had PLENTY of girlfriends before all this crap, and even a wife who conceived 3 of his children. I mean in my mind I know that could be a 'cover-up' according to lots of people..but..No. I dont think so. He just has a bigger heart then most people.

To be TOTALLY honest, I WOULD NOT leave my children alone with him, but I wouldnt leave my children (if I had any, im only 16) with pretty much anyone outside of my family these days! Not to be harsh on that.
Therein lies the problem. An alarming number of people would trust him with their children just because he IS MJ.Similarly many people also belive that despite all the general weirdness he couldnt have done simply because he IS MJ
After the first set of problems years ago he should have stopped doing things that were questionable at all but just continued and many a parent never batted an eye and left their children unsupervised with an eccentric 40+ year old who already had molestation accusations thrown at him.To me that reeks of a child molester who couldnt stop even when he was exposed[None of them really can its a mental problem] and like any pedophile will continue on with this habit after all this has passed from the media attention[until next time].Yet to many people being a famous person means you can do no wrong and everything is excusable
