Iceman (full potential) vs. Superman

The powers are similar in that they can and have effectively funtioned at a molecular or internal level. If Black and Polaris were able to bypass whatever "super forcefield" you think he has around his cells, then ANYBODY who has molecular influence can. That would include Iceman.

The molecules can be stopped. The aura is a byproduct of the metaprotein being metabolized. Bobby can stop this process from inside Supes' own cellular fluids.

It is a quick and easy process. It's how Iceman teleports. Just leaves one mass of vapor and moves to another.

Also, I'm not sure if Supes can increase his internal temperature through increased motion the way his body works. He runs races with the Flash at sonic speeds without sweating, afterall.

The biofield is produced from a metabolic process. Superman may recycle what water he has in his body in sunlight as none escapes due to lack of perspiration, salivation, urinary excretion? but he cannot survive without water. He is a living organism.

the other thing too when members of the JLA went inside to eradicate that kryptonite tumor A. his body WAS convulsing involuntairly(no broken backs there) B. he was also releasing heat vision involuntairly, and from thier shrunken perspective it was a rush of hot ass solar energy,(which they commented on the intese heat) so his body would find some kind of way to compensate for its lack of fluid motility

Exactly, but bobby would have to get it out of supes, which he wont be able to do.

It can be frozen making it unavailable for biochemical reactions.

Bobby doesn't have to get anything out of Supes, and he wouldn't have to enter Supes, either. He can simply view the molecular composition of Superman and selectively stop some or all the molecular motion anywhere in Superman's body.

This would all have to happen at speeds that bobby doesn have.

Bobby Drake is living sentient water/ice/vapour now. The thread states that Iceman is at full potential which he technically hasn't yet reached, due to Omega's having a theoretical unlimited potential for power growth. The other of his original students that Xavier made this prediction with was Jean Grey.

I edited my above post. And he can transfer his consciousness through bodies of water/water vapour. That's how he 'teleports'.
