This is how the fight will go if the fight was in an average New York street.
Supes would blast Bobby apart.
Bobby reforms and tries to activate absolute zero inside Supes chest.
Supes unique biology allows him to resist punishing attack....but that doesn't matter for Supes is already behind Bobby.
Bobby can only freeze what he can see. perceive.
Supes smashes Bobby apart again then retreats searching area for any signs of Iceman in the air. But can't see him!
Iceman continues attack in mist form.
Supes flies in circles at incredible speeds so Bobby can't concentrate on target. Decides to reform.
Supes grabs Bobby's body by the head and throws him into SPACE.
Bobby recovers and looks around aimlessly.
Supes appears out of nowhere and Burns Bobby with heat vision.
With no moisture in the vacuum of space Bobby dies.

Supes is one of the few characters strong and fast enough to pull this off!
Wow I have not posted since 2009. Getting back to where i left off. I have diligently read the entire thread and after doing so still maintain Iceman wins.
Superman has clearly shown weakness to indirect means of cold. Almost getting frozen solid by "indirect" means in the scan posted. Iceman would be way more powerful as in "direct" manipulation which is way more powerful than what almost froze him solid. Iceman has frozen the stranger who is an elder cosmic being so he can freeze superman. Freezing a Celestial ship. I mean we are talking about "full potential" Iceman here.
