Nah, out of all of the members Sue has the best chance of taking Supes on 1 on 1--but Superman would already send her to meet the sandman before she could fully form a force bubble, even if she did--she couldn't keep it up for long with a dozen Class 100++ blows raining down on her.
Grimm would get laid out like a Thai hooker when the Navy boats dock. He's the second most threatening member--if you can even call somebody who can't lay a hand on Supes a threat. It's a squash--not even a real fight.
Sue would be down before Johnny could flame on, Supes would *****slap Torch (he's a lightweight in the durability dept.), and then he'd crush Grimm into rubble. Reed--being the smart one, would just forfeit after his team was decimated in under 5 minutes.
The Fantastic Four would get their asses handed to them Benito.Fire can't hurt Superman because he's invulnerable,if Sue turns invisible he can use his x-ray vision to see her,the Thing isn't nearly as strong as Superman so his punches wouldn't even make Superman flinch and Mr.Fantastic cant do anything to try and stop Superman because Superman would twist him up and put him in knotts.
