After a gruelling fight, mind you. Thor had even hit Hulk with lightning earlier in the Annual fight several pages before the KO lightning, and all it did was briefly put Hulk on his knees.
In any case, Thor should always win against Hulk. Yeah, Hulk's overall stronger, but Thor's got all that power and skill, and he's just as determined as Hulk to prove his superiority. I'd vote Thor to beat anyone. I mean, I use to say Hulk would win, but then I kinda thought about it. Thor's the greatest warrior ever. And with the magic and everything, the remote control uber hammer Mjolnir, godly strength, weather powers and sh*t. Thor should beat anyone, even if someone gives him a good fight.

lol, no, it's Hulk bonded with the Symbiote. If you go through the pictures posted next to the one you did via the the link, you clearly can read that the symbiote bonded with Hulk. And if memory serves me correct, it's not canon.
It's a what if. Venom tries to take over Thor who uses his lightinig in the attempt to get rid of the symbiote. It only weakens Thor and before the symbiote can take him over Black Bolt appears and owns Venom.

are you saying thior's strength is unlimited?
Originally posted by Master CourtThor is tough but I think you are taking it a little too far when you say that he can beat anyone. Thor is still subject to the combo to ko. Also Thor is much weaker (not physically) when he doesn't have his hammer. Many times various beings have either knocked Thor so that he dropped his hammer, knocked his hammer from him, or keep him from it momentarily with various powers. In all cases Thor was a sitting duck.

Thor is more likely to beat Superman because of Superman's weakness to magic. If Thor didn't have his hammer Thor would lose. Hulk has clashed with Superman before and has never beat him. Hulk would give Superman a good fight but in the end Superman would win. Thor would beat Savage Hulk because of his hammer but I think he would lose to World War Hulk and maybe the smart Hulk.

But Thor's hammer has been knocked from him plenty of times leaving him a sitting duck. Thor may win this battle but it wouldn't be easy for him due to CIS.
