i think the hul has them both
he has beat the shit out of thor
picking up his own hammer and swinging it, blasting hs ass away
but if the hulk takes on superman, then i would still say the hulk
although, he would get his ass kicked 4 a while
bt since the hulk can get increasingly stronger
he would eventuall beat superman.
oh and many peolple think the hulk is clumpsy(which WAS true) but when all the marvel characters fought each other on another planet(its in the comics) mr.fantastic and some other people made a beam that sent the hulk out of the galaxy to another(becuase he was the biggest threat) then landed on another planet where the creatures there were stronger than him and more skilled, so they taught him how to fight and sent him back to the planet where the marvel universe fought, and he brought hell on em all(well just the bad guys)

We aren't using fan fiction here. Thor has never lost to Hulk, while Thor has knocked Hulk out. This isn't taking into account the fact that Thor holds back, and doesn't even bother to use his more exotic power set etc.
Even in hand to hand, Thor has stalemated Hulk every time they have fought. Even for hours on end in strength despite Hulk's fabled ever increasing strength.
Thor also held back his strength/power in all of their fights as well.

A lot of people also seem to think it means that we get to theorize and make up tactics. That's often the case with Silver Surfer, who can suddenly replicate the Odinforce and create black holes inside people's brain 😆
Anyways, there's no way Thor can lose this. If he fights like he did in the incidents you mentioned it would almost be spite. But ignoring his high and low showings, there would still be a mass of incidents where he uses other powers than just hit/swing/punch. Namely, his magical lightning 😄
