He says this, after crashing into Galactus's barrier. The majority of Surfer's energy was lost in the collision with Galactus's barrier, not healing someone. No one agrees with you.

He ran into an impenetrable barrier constructed by friggin Galactus to specifically to keep Surfer on Earth. Don't play ignorant.

I actually have the comi youre on about. I'll provide a scan tomorrow. Its during the infinity crusade. Wonderman under the influence of the goddess attacks surfer. Surfer despite being weak already pummels him. He then goes to heal him. This is when storm steps in, seeing surfer hovering over WM with energy emanating from him she believes SS is attacking a defenseless WM. Storm attacks and SS is staggered but doesnt fall. Storm goes to attack again and SS flies up and restrains her.

But dont forget Norrin was weakend at first but later stated that he was fully powered before Storm blasted him.

Well the limit of supremans durability is supposedly a direct hit from a 10 megaton nuclear warhead. Id say SS is more durable than regular supes and after my previous posts on this pathetic energy version well its quite apparent SS trumps him to.
