Supes is also more than capable of fighting it out physically if they so chose... look what he did to Majestic, a precrisis clone.

He wasnt expecing her to attack him like that and he wasnt about to engage her in combat when he realised that she was being mind controlled, then all of a sudden she struck him with lightning. Please remember lightning travels at a third of light speed.

Lets see... Tasers - PIS - Supes by default is intangible, he could simple let them go through him and absorb their momentum like with standard bullets.
Energy Absorption - Cyborg tried this and got Superman red/ and blue. The other time he tried, he wasnt able to due to supes finding a way around it.
Endurance - Your example shows an elevator when he first got his powers, Mine shows him moving the moon back into orbit against an extreme magical force from Neron and then going straight to wrestle Asmodel, who is power personified.
Energy Manipulators - While powered up from the worlogog(a piece of reality manipulating stone far more powerful than surfer), Dr light with full control over the electromagnetic spectrum was able to disrupt supes, but supes quickly recovered and returned completely unharmed.
