What about the containment suit? He is intangible by default. You never even saw his suit rip when he went up against the millenium giants or even fighting cyborg directly. Non Factor

How do you explain surfer losing energy so quickly in all the examples shown in this thread? He's been drugged by coffee, hurt by lighting or missles, bleeding, and tired. Supes never showed any of these weaknesses in his energy form. He's never been weakenned by crashing into barriers either.

With experience he became resistant to these problems, not immune to them. SS is a high calibre opponent and if he chose to exploit these weaknesses then he would very well hurt Supes or worse. Far from non factor. Experience doesnt equal immunity.

what is stoping SS from doing this?

as i have shown energy supes doesn't like it when Someone can effect his energy.

Good point, however, Surfer is also not immune to energy blasts, radiation, containment, fatigue, or physical damage.

He also recovers slower than supes does and shows less endurance.
His durability goes down quickly with his endurance as well. I would say that is a major weakness.

Energy blasts- Korvac a Galactus level beings attack that would have destroyed planets couldn't hurt him.

Entire Avengers attacked him couldn't K.O him , let alone hurt him.

Radiation- He can absorb all radiation , or energy

Containment - Someone like Quasar couldn't hold him , not only that he has contain someone like Captain marvel with his powers.

Fatigue- ok i give you this his been Tired but he can go to the sun and recharge in seconds, even when weak he has defeated someone like Abo

Physical damage- nope , Hulk was pounding him all day , at end of the fight , SS hurt at all , in fact he can take down hulk pretty easily using cosmic blasts.

You just show Energy Supes getting hit, but dont show if he was affected by it or not.

Assumption. You have no proof Surfer can get through the shield.
However, I know Supes can absorb that same energy he shot at wonderman, or teleport out of its way.

2. i don't have many Energy supes comic , but Normal supes is better.

When scan was showed of Surfer also not being able to move by wasp and warbird you say......

That doesnt show Supes being hurt. He just says he cant move. Just like how Surfer couldnt move.

he can do almost anything.
