Human Torch vs. Pyro

ok well, asuming that pyro can negate torches powers then i say it comes to a power stalemate. at wich point pyro loses a H2H confrontation. As i dont feel pyro could control torch when he is lit up. and his abiltity to hande or control torchs heat is debatable

HT can control his own flames

and besides that pyro can only manipulate fire he cant absorb it. HT can burn his head off from behind if he wanted to

It'd be interesting Pyro could generate his own flame and were flame resistant to a certain degree. As he was, he gets stomped on by Torch.

I think they had a fight in a non-canon Marvel All Ages Spiderman story. Anyone read it? Also, HT extinguished "Gambit Torch" in X4. Can't see why Pyro couldn't do the same.

He's always flying.

ive only seen them meet one time and pyro was controling johnnys body. and pyro can manipulate fire and have control over his body looks like since he's done it before

Seriously. If neither guy's flame can hurt the other, what's to stop Johnny from settling the bill with a good old-fashioned punch in the throat?
