for those who have already read the book . . .
(PLEASE DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T FINISHED THE BOOK!!)ok i just finished the book today and i was wondering what you guys thought about this. It was just a kind of daydream I had about what might happen in the 7th book ...
Harry said at the end of HBP that he probably wasnt going to return to Hogwarts and that he was going to look for the other Horcruxes and once that is accomplished, kill Voldemort. Do any of you think its possible that Harry himself could be one of Voldemort's Horcruxes? Dumbledore did tell Harry that it was possible to have a living creature or a human as a Horcrux. This would also explain why the prophecy stated "neither can live while the other survives" as both Harry and Voldemort would have to die.
please give me your opinions, i'd like to hear what some of you guys think about it. thanks 🙂
How do you assume that, if Voldemort dies, Harry must die too, from "neither can live while the other survives"? All that is saying is that, while these two are alive, they cannot survive, meaning one must destroy the other (possibly dying in the consequences, but that's besides the point.)
I think many people are misled, and they translate "neither can live while the other survives" to "neither can live while the other *dies*". If this was what was said in the Prophecy, than it would make sense to assume that Harry would have to die if Voldemort did, for he cannot *live* while the other *dies.*
