Predators vs Elites

And almost every Predator feat has more than one source. Concrete Jungle gives us more then one type of weapon.

There are heavier calibur plasmacasters than those you've seen in the movies. so not all plasmacasters require chargeup, and those that do are usually fired from concealment, because unlike Elite cloaking, preds don't decloak after firing their weapons.

Those energy sabers will cut through those shields like bitter, AND the Elite using the shield in the same stroke, sorry but if they kill space battleship armour, those shields will get owned.

Each Predator wouldn't carry all of these... But each would have wrist blades, a forearm gun, a shoulder mounted gun, and some other melee stuff.

Looks like your ignoring posts Hit and Miss... For all your references to the Halo Books, you have ignored canon references that we have provided to Predator Tech,

I still say the Preds would win. They just seem a lot more dangerous, even by themselves and they also seem to pose more of a threat. One or two blasts from a Predator's shoulder-mounted cannon would probably take out an Elite fairly well. I would say that a Pred's shoulder-mounted gun is as powerful as a Fuel Rod gun, and therefore would be very effective against the Covenant. Pred's have better stealth skills as well, and could take out an Elite without them even knowing (if they were good enough). I bet most of you are saying Elites would win just because they are more previlant among GAMERS... I have read one of the Halo books (The Flood to be exact) and have also read books/comics that involve Predators, and the Elites didn't really impress me that much (in the books or the games) where as the Preds did. Overall: Predators would win (in my humble opinion)...

everyone here has already agreed that there stealth techniques are the same and they are you can see both of them even with stealth and yes it is in GAMERS point of view because its a versus forum on GAMES but not because there cool even though people have been saying that wow we have facts to back it up but i ask you what makes predators stealth system so much better do you have a reason for that ? there shoulder cannons do you have any proof there as strong as fuel rod cannons? 😮‍💨

Ok bare with me here.... The ships the humans have use class A titanium armor 3 meters thick... An elite plasma rife can melt though this,as we are told in a gun. When MC shoots an elite with a plasma rifle It takes several shots to break its shields..... Shields>titanium armor.
This is due to the fact that the shields are designed to repel the shots from plasma and bullets.
Preds might be able to hack up the space ships but they won't glide though an elites shielding like that.

Funny that my information comes from the book which is actually written for the game. not some persons humble opinion on the series posted on a website, not even an official website.. don't make me try to swallow that rubbish.
I'm more interested in the fact that the military hydra doesn't exist outside of extinction, along with there shields.

You know as well as I do that half of that list wouldn't work against them.
and not all of that would even be carried by a predator...

Still the one hit kill for the predator remains... Too many of them would die too quickly in a war against the elites..

And I have read the Halo books. The Elite-held plasma rifle would not burn a whole through the Marines' ships. Nice try. It's the vehicle-based plasma weapons that you're referring to, the much more powerful plasma cannons.

The Elites are lower in strength than the Master Chief, but not superhumanly like you put. They can't lift 66 tons. I know that's how much the Scorpion tank weighs, but that's just for the gaming element that they're allowed to do that. They don't have that kinda strength.

In fact, I'd go so far as to say that the Predators are stronger physically as well. And faster. And smarter. And FAR better fighters. They are the Ultimate Warrior. It's what they do.

Those Predators that lost to Arnold and Danny? Those were factually stated to be young predators, inexperienced ones who had never seen humans before. If either Arnold or Danny had gone against any Predator with even a decent amount of experience, the Predators would've eviscerated them.

The Predators are also much better tacticians. They would easily be able to defeat whatever the Elites had in store for them.

I never read anything saying "Video Game Elites" vs. "Video Game Predators".

It just says Predators vs. Elites. I know it's in the Game vs. section, but that's what the parameters say.

also, if you recall.. hunters werent truely hunters until they were armored by the covenant forces.. before covenant came, they were just several different organisms in a state of symbiosis (unarmored).. how hard is that to defeat?
