No.Then you need to directly criticize the few people who are using religion as a scapegoat and an excuse for their actions, rather then the religion as a whole. Saying "this religion is bad" is a generalization, no different then saying "this race of people is bad". You can't be okay with one form of criticism while against the other, it's hypocritical.
No its not. How is it?
Let me explain this one more time in a more simple matter -
Religion (or any other ideology) is something religious people DO, not what they ARE.
Black people are something those people ARE not something they DO.
You DO (practice) religion. You dont practice being black. You ARE black. Thats the end of it.

I think Jews would argue this quite effectively

Religion, to many people, is a very large part of who they are in life.
Regaurdless, it's irrelivent. Putting someone down because of their religion is no better then putting someone down because of their race. It's just the hypocritical society we live in which allows such twisted logic to become the norm.
If you insult someone because of their religion, then you have no right to condemn someone for insulting someone because of their race.

The N word thing pisses me off too: Ionce saw a guy lose his job at a factory once because a black and a white guy were fighting over who did more work that day, and it got quite heated and the accusations began and ultimately, the black person had enough and took the easy way out and went up front and said the white guy used the N word.
Despite several testimonies from both white AND black people present, that the white guy did in fact NOT call the black guy a n***er, the company took his side and the white person was fired in order to most likely prevent the plant from being the next staging area for pissed off villagers with torches and pitchforks, (and Molotov cocktails if you know what I mean.)
And to the day I was laid off (as it was a temp job), we all heard this guy from time to time going "yeah man, I showed that no good white MF"
and hi-fiving other black people in the plant, and to me, this is a blatant use of reverse discrimination as well as a failure on the part of the system to tell this guy he was wrong and he was lying because of the 'buying power' of special interest groups that act as ambulance chasers for every person who plays the race card to get their way.
So yes, Deano, kudos to your expose' of the hypocrisy. About high time someone tried to point it out.

Whos talking about putting anyone down? Is that what people do these days?
To critique is not putting down (unless for you it is). Critique = strenghts + weaknesses.
By not questioning and critiquing you accept that something is perfect - its not.
I can, by your theory say -
''Fashism is bad'' - generalisation
''Fashism was good, but few bad individuals interpreted it badly'' - politically correct ''critique of ideology''

No, by my theory you can say whatever the hell you want. However, one form of criticism is no worse/better then the other. So, you can say both "Christians are bad" or "black people are bad" and both will hold the same merrit.
However, if you say one, you can't complain about someone else saying the other.

PS.
Any segregation or discrimination is by my standards wrong, but I will not keep my voice down when people are to use ideology to leash people of their freedom.
Bible says abortion bad, thus IT MUST BE TRUE! Bible, Quran and Torah say = stone homosexuals - NO! I cannot critique this, because i'll be a biggot if i do so.
No.
Keep on missing the point - People are not bad - ideology is. Germany was Nazi, but not every German was a murdering ****head. It is simple as that.

And again, you read what you want to read.
Christians(the people) good ----> ideology is BAD. Ideology = something people do = people do bad.
How can I put this more simply...??
''With or without religion you are going to have good people doing good and bad people doing bad. But for good people to do bad, for that you need religion''
Black is not an ideology. You have good and bad black peopole - their morlas are independent of their skin colour
I think thats morals but I understood what you mean🙂 I think you misunderstand what being Jewish, Muslem or Christian means though.

Again, blame the particular people who are doing the evil deeds and hiding behind religion, don't blame religion as a whole.
There's a difference between having valid problems with specific parts of a religion and generalizing the religion as a whole too be bad because there are questionable parts, which many people do.
People are bad, ideology is just an excuse people use to push the blame off of themselves.
