In the argument for Colossus...there is NOTHING that any of our countries' technology could do to defeat him. He would just defeat us all on brute strength and nigh-invulnerability alone.

If magneto unleashed his full power in one blast, kinda like human torch going nova except on a much bigger scale, then I think he can affect all the major electrical grids in the US and its satellites...only a year ago, a major electrical grid near US canada shut down and the whole eastern US was without power

newjak, storm could easily take out the satelites. all she would need is a space suit to do it. she has controlled solar winds before so using those to take out satelites would be no problem. you are also not taking into consideration what she will be feeling. she will be going hardcore and ready. she is a very smart woman, and the best theif in cairo. also everytime there is a hurricane do people wonder if somebody is actually doing it? everytime there is a tornado do nattions meet and see if a person is responsible? storms attacks would be hard to find considering all her attacks on earth happen all the time.

A nice quick and simple way for Supes to take over the world...
Fly into orbit.
Turn every world leader, senate and parliament into ashes with heat vision. 😄
Though this goes against his code of not taking human life so....
He'd simply tie them all up with string and waltz about with a smug grin on his face! 😄
finding the sattelite won't be hard to do since she can see the world in energy and specifically pin-point their location with this. and she doesn't need to affect it on a planetary scale, one country at a time. she can easily affect the pressure to knock down buildings and everything. can you imagine how much descruction would happen if new york city went into a huge blackout, was flooded, and had buildings falling over all over the place? she can melt the polar ice caps and easily flood almost the whole world. put the world in a forever drought. make threats to do this. also an army would be taken down due to the fact that storm can control the electricity in humans and machines.

Iron Man (regular armor) - he would go down
Colossus - he would go down
Iceman - he would go down
Green Lantern (Hal) - he would succeed
Superman - he would succede, only if millitary would succeed to hit Superman with many nuclear bombs, anyway he is too powerful, too fast, he would take over the world easily
Storm - she would go down
Magneto - woulnd't be able to even touch him
Invisible Woman - maybe
Mystique - maybe, she is sneaky, she would kill president, she would became the most horrible presdent and wouldcause most horrible World War.
But she would go down. Someone would assainst the president, general...=her.

Carnage - he would go down

Colossus - We don't have the technology or anything natural to defeat him. Yes, he wouldn't be able to hit planes/helicopters/anything that flies, but they would be able to do absolultely nothing to him either. He's freakin nigh-invulnerable. If one day someone finds out they have psychic powers, well then he could be beat. Other than that, we don't have the firepower, cold technology, heat technology (we have nothing that can get above 12,000 degrees F to my knowledge), or psychic technology to take him down. Colossus would rule.
Iceman - Would never go down. He would definitely rule.
Green Lantern (Hal) - He would easily succeed.
Superman - Not even a question. He would totally succeed.
Storm - I don't think Storm would go down at all. Not when you have the power of lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, monsoons, and acidic rain (there are PLENTY more) to take down your opponents .
Magneto - Read Superman.
Invisible Woman - Doubt it. One day they would catch her off guard. She wouldn't make it too long.
Mystique - She's sneaky. But ONE day, someone would figure her out and just shoot her. She would take a while, but someone would eventually find her.
Colossus would be the easiest. They just hook an electromagnet up to a hellicopter, fly over him, pick his ass up and dump his ass into the ocean above the marianeas trench (However you spell it) If he tries to swim out, dive teams could just harpoon his ass, and in metal form he'll just sink to the bottom. It takes him a long time to starve and all that, but it'll happen long before he gets his ass out from THAT hole in the ground.
